This review is for their customer service and customer commitment, especially from Brian P. We bought covers for our furniture, and the salesperson sold us the wrong style for our "L" shaped seating unit. When we came back with the covers to return them, Brian helped us. He took back the old covers and gave us, at no additional charge, the covers we needed, even though they were more money. He said that their salesperson should have known better and that they would make this right. They were missing one section of the zip together cover unit, and Brian has been chasing the manufacturer to get this free cover piece for us, and updating us on the expected delivery. They have way bigger and better customers than us, but Brian is all over making this right for us. Lots of companies are good on the front end, when you're about to hand them money, but not many are good afterwards. Well, Clover is very dedicated to making your whole experience great. went in for a water test... was told I was off on a huge list of things but since I had the sheet…read moretelling me what do do I felt confident I could handle it. started with the alkalinity which was 58 and instructions from them said 21 pounds of balance pack 100. after adding maybe 1/2 (10 pounds) over a 6 hour period I tested again and alkalinity was now too high by tons Took a water sample to a different place for confirmation and yes it was way too high which then lead to several days of adding muriatic acid (nasty stuff) to get the alkalinity back under control. Makes me wonder if your test machines are ever tested or recalibrated as the amount you prescribed was no where near the correct amount needed.

Ever since then I've been asking for someone to come to my house to set the tub back up because whenever I did it, it would leak from the power pack. After many phone calls, requests, going to the store, we still haven't been able to get someone to come to our house to set up the tub. Customer service is terrible and for that reason I will not be recommending this brand. There is nobody to service it. We paid quite a bit of money to have this tub, to update our power pack and will be without its use for over 18 months. Terrible.
