Additionally, she charged my credit card without ever contacting me to know the balance. I never got an invoice and it was way more than I discussed with Jeremy who gave me a heads up of the cost. When I called to discuss, again, haughty attitude, and the owners/managers of the store were gone by 3:50 pm....right-o! Based on this, I could not recommend. Looking at reviews now, I say you have less than 50% average of being less than happy with this business. Esmerelda needs to go back to kindergarten where they actually have more manners and business savvy than she has. And it looks like the only people that gave them 5 Stars are sauna buyers....the day will be coming when their experience with them differs most likely. The entire experience counts however when businesses only care about the money coming in, my experience is the norm for these type of people.

Both of them recommended O'leary pools, after interviewing 10 different pool builders, we chose Kelly. Crews were excellent, Kelly was there almost every day, if not every other day, we had good communication, contract clearly stated what we wanted and we received everything as stated. It has been 4 years now and my pool has been trouble free except for a few parts, which Kelly took care for us, filing the warranty through manufacturer and all. Gave them a call and talked with Patricia and explained to her what I needed and she took my name and number and had Danny to call me right back to answer all my questions. Danny was very personable and professional and answered ALL my questions by troubleshooting through a few questions about my system. I thought I needed valves replaced because that's what I was told by another company but Danny thought otherwise, and that; was even before he got to my house. Luckily for me, he was able to come out within a few minutes because he was in the area. I left work and met him at my house, almost 2 hours later, job was done. My spa, which I thought wasn't working because of broken valves, once he cleaned my filter cartridges and made them look like new, the spa functions properly. In addition to that, he showed me I had a small blower for my spa which makes more bubbles that I didn't know anything about! SMH.... The money I spent today (a great price by the way) was well worth it because Danny not only fixed my problem, but he taught me a lot of new things about my pool! That's a GREAT repair and service company. If you have a pool issue or need monthly services, please give BRB Pool Repair and Service a call, I promise you won't be disappointed! I finally found me a reliable pool service company! Thanks Danny!
