Reached out to Esmeralda in service. Paid a Couple hundred dollar service fee. Waited over a month for a Technician to visit. He spend about 10 mins with my spa. Enough to remove filters and the top of spa. He stated he needed a compressor to blow the lines, and the spa jets seemed glued on and were not popping off easily. He left. I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.

I exercised this right and notified the business in writing within the legal timeframe. Despite this, Spas Unlimited has refused to issue my refund and continues to withhold my deposit for services that were never rendered. I have given them every opportunity to resolve this matter, yet they have not honored the cancellation or complied with the law. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and it shows a lack of integrity and accountability in how they conduct business. Customers should be very cautious before signing any contract with Spas Unlimited, as they may not honor cancellations or refunds even when required by law.

That might have been the end of the review but they have proven to be an outstanding provider. Eric (one of the proprietors), is very responsive and overall, just a great guy. Recently, I noticed a small leak in our Rollo injector that was squirting onto the grass. The leak was pure chorine and there was a significant dead patch of grass. I sent Eric a text (I believe it was on a weekend) to which he immediately responded, he came out the very next day which was also on the weekend. He found the leak and sent one of his guys out to fix it. Now that would be amazing in and of itself but there's more. He sent a man out from a landscape company to dig out the contaminated soil and re-sod the area where the dead grass was. This level of customer service blows me away. Blue Cube is the real deal, there was no begging and cajoling to do the right thing. They just did it and it was their idea. As for the price, I am amazed they can be so competitive. They are careful about what they take on because they want to be able to provide the best customer service so they have chosen grow their their business responsibly, while some pool services just take on as many pools as they get calls for, Blue Cube limits the clientele to a number that they can manage. I waited to do this review because I wanted to be sure they were the real deal. We are coming up on one year and I am very pleased. If you need pool service, get your name on their waiting list and say your prayers. If you are lucky, you will be pleasantly surprised.

We began the pool build process right after Hurricane Harvey, and we were blessed with great weather, no rains for 30 days until the deck has to cure. Crews were excellent, Kelly was there almost every day, if not every other day, we had good communication, contract clearly stated what we wanted and we received everything as stated. It has been 4 years now and my pool has been trouble free except for a few parts, which Kelly took care for us, filing the warranty through manufacturer and all. Gave them a call and talked with Patricia and explained to her what I needed and she took my name and number and had Danny to call me right back to answer all my questions. Danny was very personable and professional and answered ALL my questions by troubleshooting through a few questions about my system. I thought I needed valves replaced because that's what I was told by another company but Danny thought otherwise, and that; was even before he got to my house. Luckily for me, he was able to come out within a few minutes because he was in the area. I left work and met him at my house, almost 2 hours later, job was done. My spa, which I thought wasn't working because of broken valves, once he cleaned my filter cartridges and made them look like new, the spa functions properly. In addition to that, he showed me I had a small blower for my spa which makes more bubbles that I didn't know anything about! SMH.... The money I spent today (a great price by the way) was well worth it because Danny not only fixed my problem, but he taught me a lot of new things about my pool!
