From quote to completion Erik and his team were kind, informative, diligent, and expedient. I shopped around for quotes and the quote from SW poolscapes was right in line with the average quote. I had one guy tell me I should never use the cheapest quote cause they're doing something wrong (spoiler alert, that guy was the cheapest!). Erik discussed my options, suggested a gorgeous toe tile (I am absolutely obsessed with it!), and ensured I was happy with my selections before the work began. The crew was quick, they did a great job and didnt leave a huge mess in my yard (thanks for that y'all!) Once the plaster was set and the pool was filled Erik made his visits to help with the pool chemistry. Boy does he know his stuff! Erik ensured I understood what my new plaster needed, how to test the water, and how to treat the water based in the results. He was very thorough and very informative. If you want someone who knows their stuff, isnt going to rip you off, and will leave you with an amazing pool - give these guys a call!
