Bought a two way Jandy valve for $100. I looked on amazon when I left and they were selling them for $40.

From start to finish, my experience at The NOW Massage Preston Forest location was beautiful. I'm…read morealways so relaxed as soon as I step foot inside their sanctuary. The front desk associate is so pleasant. Ana, my massage therapist, was so warm and calm upon meeting her which definitely translated to her massage skills. I got the prenatal massage as I'm 37 weeks with an active toddler at home so I really needed some deep relaxation. She was so gentle and just had the magic touch - a skill that is not learned but is innate. It put me to sleep which is rare for me as I do not take naps. She is so sweet, genuine, and made sure I was well taken care of. I truly appreciated the care and attention Ana gave. I will definitely be back to get another massage from her and will recommend her to everyone I know!

Called to book an appointment with no answer. Left a Voice mail. Got a text message that walked me…read morethrough the booking process which was quite cumbersome. Struggled to select a therapist with a specific time. Got the "Not available" message repeatedly. Got through it and then it asked me to enter my credit card. Nope! your credit card cannot be saved in our system. What? I reentered it. Still the same. My credit card works just fine everywhere else. I then tried to book online and got similarly frustrated. Maybe it's just me but I don't think so. Can't I just call, talk to a human and book a time and choose among "Good" therapists that cater to my issues? There are many massage studios in the area so, inspite of the good reviews here, I'll go somewhere else.

I booked a massage and I didn't get a massage…read more So why am I giving it 5 stars you ask? The service. Vivian the manager was great. Backstory: I am in town for my friends baby shower. She's 41, this is her first baby. It will probably be her ONLY baby. The women's body is crazy like that. Happy I'm able to decide what I want to do with my body. Tangent. I booked 2 massages. A maternity one and a regular Swedish massage. My friend goes in right before the appointment time. Perfect! My turn is coming right? Someone calls my name. Oops. She meant Catherine. Not Caroline. Idk that mistake happens often. I know because I have a sister whose name is Catherine. So I sit down. 20 minutes after my appointment time, the manager comes in and tells me the therapist didn't show up and they're fully committed today. (No wonder they confirmed the appointment a million times) she basically said "you ain't getting your massage today" but, nicer, wayyy nicer lol Am I annoyed? 100% Am I irritated? Totally I text my husband who is the rational one in the relationship and he said "give them some grace, it's not their fault someone didn't show up to work." He is right. They totally made up for it. I did the halotherapy which is this salt treatment thing and we got 2 pedicures. She even ended up comping my friends massage. The whole thing was comped. Honestly, she didn't have to do that. I could sense that she REALLY felt bad. Sometimes people apologize because they feel like they have to and it's not genuine. She was genuine. If I was a local, I'd come back just for the service. My friend loved her massage and really that's all that matters. (I have one scheduled in San Diego at the end of the month anyways) #firstworldproblems I hope my therapist is okay.
