I have had to call continuously to get updates as to what is happening next, and when to expect it. On two occasions I've needed repairs on my 11 year old Bullfrog Spa, once to change the pump and once to change the heater. The work was completed promptly and professionally, one employee arrived when he said he would and completed the job in an hour. I don't know what other shops charge for this work, but was satisfied with the price. I use my hot tub almost every night and do all the cleaning and maintenance myself. I like doing business with Dolphin and know that they can provide me everything I need to keep the old spa running. When it finally gives up the ghost I will most probably buy a new Bullfrog from Dolphin.
