There was a surprisingly large number of showings given the time of year, with varied levels of interest but no immediate offers. Jim was as positive as he is experienced, staying in constant contact by phone, e-mail and video to calm any fears and lend assurance that the "right buyer would come along", which indeed happened. An offer for the asking pricing was received, JUST as the full effects of the Covid-19 quarantine were taking hold. Jim worked seamlessly with the title company to ensure a prompt and orderly "VIRTUAL" settlement process that was quite unlike anything I had ever experienced! Even at settlement, as I signed closing documents alone in a mask and gloves, Jim was right there beside me on video chat! The follow-up couldn't have been tighter and more complete, from Jim's remaining presence to the continued contact with Roanna and other members of his team. We compared prices of about 6 storage businesses in the area before choosing this company/location; the only one cheaper was another 5 miles further from where we live and the one closest to our condo was 30% more/month (we went with this location since it seemed like a good compromise in terms of price & convenience). It was clean, and the music playing in the hallways made unloading/loading items as enjoyable as the task can be for what it is. The only thing that was annoying was when other customers parked their cars right beside the main doorway into the building/hallway, so if you needed to wheel in/out a cart of stuff you'd have to wait for them to come out to politely ask them to move--obviously inconsiderate, lazy people are not Extra Space's fault, it is just the world we live in. FYI, prices vary GREATLY from one Extra Space Storage location to the next, so if you care about price, be sure to compare instead of assuming 'same company, same price.' 3 of the 6 storage places we compared in our area happen to be Extra Space Storage...ironically one was the highest, one was the lowest (for the same size unit, all the competitors fell between the cost of this Frederick Rd. ESS location and the most expensive Extra Space). Since the price is slightly below average (of those I considered), I feel it is a good value. When looking for a 5'x10' unit this go round, we decided to return, since our 1st experience had been good. Similar to the previous situation, the only other location cheaper was twice as far (only a few miles difference, but not worth it to me).

We really didn't know much about the newer style tiles or grouts and she was a huge help. We were never pressured about what we liked and she really steered us to the best selections for our bathroom. I would recommend Morris to anyone....and the experience was better than that tile place near the big hardware store on Mountain Road. We were remodeling an old tub to a stand up shower and needed tiles and other supplies for the job…read more We purchased beautiful tiles by Roca, grout by Mapei, a Schluter niche frame, chrome jolly strips and green waterproof sealant for the walls. The salespeople helped me select the tiles and educated me about the paint and all the Schluter products to make my project contemporary and beautiful. They also recommended colors for the grout and the smooth multi stone trim tile for the niche and floor. The only place they failed was in providing me a sufficient amount of Jolly strips for the edges of the shower and the niche. They sold me 3 instead of 4 causing the contractor to have to return to the shop to get the fourth strip. That's why they get 4 stars instead of 5. Prices and quality were very good with no damaged tiles.
