I've had a warranty request take over three months. During this time, I have to keep checking in on the status. I'm told to either resubmit the request or wait for them to check on it and call me back which doesn't happen. We were not able to correct the uneven plastering job but that's easy to disregard once the pool is full. The big issue is the coping (formed concrete). All was fine for the first few years, and then it started to slowly disintegrate. I've tried periodically over the last few years to call and email them about it in the hope that they have some sort of solution, but I've never received a response to any kind of communication. My message to anyone considering working with them: strongly consider your alternatives.

After weeks of back and forth I realized they were not really interested in replacing the tile around my spa.
