Quality is good and he has to be given a name like "Holy Waters"! He did a three sided infinity edge pool finish and I filled it with a garden hose, and it all started spilling over together. That's near impossible - but he did it the old fashion way and nailed the edge on all three sides. I had a couple of "upgrade" auto features and he came out quickly and integrated them easily. I've had a warranty request take over three months. During this time, I have to keep checking in on the status. I'm told to either resubmit the request or wait for them to check on it and call me back which doesn't happen. I sense this company will be going out of business soon as thir service is deteriorating quickly.

We were not able to correct the uneven plastering job but that's easy to disregard once the pool is full. The big issue is the coping (formed concrete). All was fine for the first few years, and then it started to slowly disintegrate. I've tried periodically over the last few years to call and email them about it in the hope that they have some sort of solution, but I've never received a response to any kind of communication. My message to anyone considering working with them: strongly consider your alternatives.
