I have an older Buckeye pool that I've been trying to get fixed (the fixtures holding the walls on…read morehas rusted away) and am not having any luck with Buckeye pools. Because they have the exclusive on the fiberglass walls, other pool places won't work on it. I bought my house with the pool. Issues I have: 1. The pool itself was not put in right (they said so themselves!) They skipped putting in the concrete that layer That the walls are adhered to, thus increasing the risk of the metal strips holding the fiberglass walls to the concrete to rust and break off. Yes this has happened. 2. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO! NO! NO! CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Always an excuse why they can't come out and look at it. Currently they say it's a busy time of year....REALLY? I'm probably going to put a new pool in and it WILL NOT BE Buckeye pools doing it! I have washed my hands of these people! There is no value to a pool that only one pool company can work on! There is no value to this type of pool when if the walls pull away from the concrete no one will except touch it cause it a Buckeye pool! Think really really hard before installing this type of pool and using Buckeye pools!

Sycamore Trails Aquatic Center is a blast. We came here for a private event and my family…read morethoroughly enjoyed themselves. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet and well maintained. Not only does the center have a great pool but also 2 water slides, diving board, a splash area, and water rock climbing wall. The different areas of the pool is divided by water ropes and there are lifeguards assigned to each area to ensure the safety of patrons. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas if you want to read or take a cat nap while there. There is a picnic area and also a small playground and sand volleyball if that tickles your fancy. The bathrooms were spotless and had showers and changing areas. Due to the event being private we had catered food but there is a concession stand to buy snacks and food while at the center if need be. This is a great place to bring the whole family for water fun!

Maybe going during the middle of the week when people are at work helped. My kids loved the big pool area with all the fun tools and toys. They also likes the slide, but I would suggest they have a lifeguard who is comfort with kids and telling them to get in line be there because the poor kid who was there was not at all. I thought the price was good for non-residents. A little high, but I get it. I liked that they didn't care about you bringing food in and had plenty of grass, shaded spots to sit with my kids. We had a really great time and will come back again next summer!

When you arrive they have a greeter take your name and type it into a tablet that puts your name on the waiting list board. I'm not quite sure why they need to pay someone to do this? Watched other customers. It was taking a minimum of 30 minutes per person. I waited over 2 hours. Went to lunch, came back and was next in line and waited another 45 minutes. Employees seemed unfazed and don't care. A complete joke of an operation.
