After I purchased it and had it delivered, had the electric line run and all ready to enjoy our new $8500 jacuzzi. We also purchased the cover but when they were leaving they told us the clips for the top were missing and would have someone out there to put them on. Still not done 6 months later. As I filled it with water it started leaking water out from somewhere inside. I removed one of the sides to find a coupling missing and water pouring out. I called and they did get a technician out pretty quickly. He then informed me he did not have a coupling and went to his truck and got an old shutoff valve he had in his truck. He put it in and got it working. He then told me he would let the office know and they would get someone out to fix it properly. We enjoyed it for about a month before we started getting an error. I called again and they told me to clean the filters. They were not dirty but I did and it worked for about a week. I called and left a message but did not hear back from them. Fast forward to March 25th. I call and ask for the mgr but was told he was not available and they were going to ha e a meeting the next day to find out if they were staying open during lockdown. The girl told me that if I didn't hear from them that meant they were closed. I did not hear from them. On May 12th I call again to find out they never closed they just didnt call me back. I then asked for the mgr again and got disconnected. I finally got in touch with him and he said the issue must be a pressure switch and he would get a technician out right away. After a few more calls and run around I was told they would be there on May 21 @ 12:00pm. No call no nothing. I did get an email on May 23rd saying the wrong part was ordered and they had to order a new one and would be in touch. Today is May 29th and still nothing. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE.......

We thought we needed the sand in our filter switched out and instead of just jumping at a chance to make money he let us know our filter was still working as it should be and taught us a few things to help it function better. He is truly gifted with attention to detail, experience, skill, and integrity with perfect down to the millimeter precision pool liner installation. Ted also repaired vermiculite damage that occurred due to us not knowing the pool had been drained completely due to a storm causing a large branch to tear the liner after falling on our fence. Excellent work with great follow up, educational materials, and support. Probably the most honest businessman I've encountered since coming to NC. Highly recommend.

The bad thing is I don't know how to work anything for when it comes to Maintance: vacuuming, back washing etc. the pool has many features including waterfalls, waterslide, spa, lights, heated, solar etc. I called to schedule an appointment for a "pool school". Was told that someone would call and schedule an appointment. It has been 3 long weeks no call to setup the appointment. When I call to follow up, no one answers. Messages left, no one returns calls. You may be busy, but a courtesy call for a new customer would be nice. I am very disappointed at the customer service with this company. If they weren't the pool builder, I would go else where....and probably will anyway. At this time, I do NOT recommend this company. ***UPDATE: I have been contacted and have a scheduled "pool school" on Tuesday. Once I have officially been helped & educates, I will update my review. Been a customer for years spent multiple thousands there buying equipment. They will have some…read morereally good deals price-wise. They are not very service friendly or communicate well. Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. In the future i will buy online and hire a contractor to install.
