During the massage, the lady who massaged me constantly asked me questions and kept talking to me which I didn't mind at first but honesty? I came there so I could relax and get some quiet time. Mostly I wanted the eyesore just gone but they gave me such a good deal on also splitting the wood for me. The pieces were cut into sizes I could easily handle (I'm old) and they stacked them in the large wood rack near the back of my property as well as carted up a LOT to fully stack on the wood rack on my back patio. I will have plenty of outdoor firewood to last all winter! Jess has a fantastic work ethic, as does Christina. Don't hesistate--call them for a quote if you need firewood or a tree cut up and split. Fantastic price and such a thorough job. I couldn't be happier.

In fact, they threw in a few things I did need that I didn't realize until the day of install. They also were able to set up install within weeks, not months, like the other stores. I did not want to wait until summer was almost over, I wanted it up and running in April. And it was. When I brought in my first water sample, they told me what I needed to get my water right, but did not insist I buy my chemicals there, but their prices are right in line with the big box stores. Swimming season is coming to an end and with all the trees in our yard, we will be closing up the pool. They have promised to give me full instructions on how to do that right and have clear water come next April. I have no complaints.

The sales person, Cade did a great job and called their warehouse to confirm what was there and we made our selection based on what was available. What we got was not what was presented to us and what we were told was available. It appeared to us that we were given what they wanted us to have and assumed we would just accept it. The liner was not the same. The ladder was not the same. And, we thought we were getting the pool setup with lights however, we did not get the lights either. The customer service we received when we called about the items they "chose for us" was unsatisfactory as well. We were dismissed by their store manager MULTIPLE times. The owner did not want to make things right but, eventually agreed to a $400 in store credit. However, when we chose to go to the store again to utilize the credit, the manager made the process difficult and we chose to leave it alone. Not worth it. They can keep their store credit and we will not recommend them to anyone...

He never performed the work, what was going to take 3 weeks to complete took over 3 months for nothing to get done. After several complaints to Mr. Miller, nothing was accomplished. He had already fired Lester. I paid Lester over $5000 which he never gave to the company. According to Mr. Miller, Lester told him he was keeping the money and not giving him one cent of it. On our HOA Facebook page there were others who say Lester scammed them as well taking their money, causing more damage to their property and much more. Police need more complaints filed by others scammed by LESTER LARSON to bring criminal charges against him. If you have been scammed by Pacific Pools or LESTER please contact Longview PD and file a complaint.

It was from 2011 and was also a discontinued brand of Pittsburg Paint. It does not stop these guys. They were so helpful, so patient, so understanding and so polite. They were able to match the color exactly with another Pittsburg Paint brand and their magic touch with mixing colors to get it perfect. All my touch up spots look like there was never a place that needed painting. The whole house looks like it just got a fresh coat of paint. Thank you again.
