We were pricing 18' round resin pools and not only did the Superstore have the best price for what…read morewe could get, they didn't try to sell me things I may not need. In fact, they threw in a few things I did need that I didn't realize until the day of install. They also were able to set up install within weeks, not months, like the other stores. I did not want to wait until summer was almost over, I wanted it up and running in April. And it was. When I brought in my first water sample, they told me what I needed to get my water right, but did not insist I buy my chemicals there, but their prices are right in line with the big box stores. Swimming season is coming to an end and with all the trees in our yard, we will be closing up the pool. They have promised to give me full instructions on how to do that right and have clear water come next April. I have no complaints.

We intended to purchase a 24' round above ground pool. Because of COVID and the shortage in some…read moreproducts, we made our selection from available products and purchased a 30 ft round, above ground swimming pool and it's components. The sales person, Cade did a great job and called their warehouse to confirm what was there and we made our selection based on what was available. What we got was not what was presented to us and what we were told was available. It appeared to us that we were given what they wanted us to have and assumed we would just accept it. The liner was not the same. The ladder was not the same. And, we thought we were getting the pool setup with lights however, we did not get the lights either. The customer service we received when we called about the items they "chose for us" was unsatisfactory as well. We were dismissed by their store manager MULTIPLE times. The owner did not want to make things right but, eventually agreed to a $400 in store credit. However, when we chose to go to the store again to utilize the credit, the manager made the process difficult and we chose to leave it alone. Not worth it. They can keep their store credit and we will not recommend them to anyone...

I was so impressed with their responsiveness, reasonable pricing, and attention to detail. They really went above and beyond in repairing exterior cracks along the base of our brick walls, surrounding our home. They repaired cracks in the driveway. They also fixed areas of brick, doing a careful job of color-matching. They also poured a concrete pad for our trash & recycling bins, carefully crafting a nice-looking edge to prevent the bins from rolling into the alleyway. Lastly, they came inside and repaired cracks in our stained concrete floors, making sure to smooth the concrete so it would be soft on bare feet. The team was versatile, hard-working, honest, careful, and good about wearing masks. They carefully cleaned up when they left, too! Would definitely hire again. Giving my strongest recommendation to this excellent service team.

I contacted several local plumbing companies to quote the project, knowing it was going to be expensive. I received quotes from folks with different ideas ranging from around $5k for replacement to over $35k to excavate under the house and replace the old one. Richard was on the lower end of that range and I could tell he'd been in business for a long time and knew what he was talking about, so that's who I went with. I couldn't be happier given the circumstances. They rigged it up where it would work the next day until they could complete the project. They did a fantastic job. From the trenching to the plumbing and even the landscaping afterwards turned out better than I expected. These are good folks doing good work at a fair price. That's who I'll be calling from now on and I definitely recommend them.
