I would recommend to the company that they need to communicate better and more timely about the back-orders, delays in schedules. Be up front, be prompt, and be ahead of the game. I was assured my pool would be done in 30 - 60 days when I contracted with them. However, it took over a year. I was consistently lied to about the progress or lack there of. I would be told workers were going to show up on a certain day, they didn't and there was no communication by the company's owner Glenn Miller. I would call him, text him, my calls and texts would get no response. I would call the office and the nice but rattled office worker Becky would know nothing of what was happening. Eventually I lost it on Glen and told him what I thought about all the lies and delays and his unresponsiveness and he had the unmitigated gall to block me! He had $70,000 of my money, I had a whole in the ground and very little recourse. This was the most frustrating experience of my life. I did end up with a beautiful pool. However, I wouldn't use this company again if it were free!

He never performed the work, what was going to take 3 weeks to complete took over 3 months for nothing to get done. After several complaints to Mr. Miller, nothing was accomplished. He had already fired Lester. I paid Lester over $5000 which he never gave to the company. According to Mr. Miller, Lester told him he was keeping the money and not giving him one cent of it. On our HOA Facebook page there were others who say Lester scammed them as well taking their money, causing more damage to their property and much more. Police need more complaints filed by others scammed by LESTER LARSON to bring criminal charges against him.
