Went in to buy a salt cell connection piece which is 20 bucks, they charged me 45 for the part. Bought it and they made 20 bucks off me but guess what? Horrible customer service, admitted that the pool they installed was a bad design and the overfill drain is too low in the pool. Drove off my driveway and damaged my yard for no reason. We've tried to get results on sand in our pool for months. We have done EVERYTHING they have suggested only to be questioned whether we know what sand is. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND these people! We went to their store and they argued with one another about the problem in front of us. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! and did I mention RUDE! Ken and his crew have gone above and beyond in helping us get a pool that had been drained and abandoned for years back up and running. The customer service has been outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone needing any sort of pool installation or repair done. They were always prompt, professional, and willing to offer help even if just over the phone when I had a question. Ken put in our pool a year ago. I have to say that it was some of the best customer service I have witnessed in years. Ken is old school in that he is going to do whatever it takes to make the customer satisfied. I would recommend him in a New York minute. His crew that came and did the work was just as awesome. David and all his guys did an excellent job. They were great workers and great guys to be around and visit with. There workmanship was top notch and perfect. There is not one issue that was not handled and completed to our satisfaction. Sabrina back at the office is amazing in her knowledge of pools and what you need to do to get yours balanced and keep it as maintenance "free" as possible. She is a lifesaver after the pool is in the ground. The pool is awesome, more beautiful than we could have expected. We so enjoyed it last year and are looking forward to getting it open this year. read more
