After having a not so good experience with customer service at the neighboring Hibbet Sports, Lupe was an amazing and helpful cashier. The shoes that I wanted were all out of stock. He offered to look for them online. I declined initially, but later, when I came back into the store after having no luck at the others, I took him up on the offer. The transaction went smoothly, he was courteous, and he did his job with a smile. Me and my son went into the Finish Line in the Longview Mall Saturday Feb. 13th and was in the store for and hour and not one person would wait on us so we left....Saturday Feb 20 we went back and the store and Martel met us at the door and was very professional and nice even when other people were interupting him when he was helping us. I work with people and I know they can be really rude the majority of the time BUT Martel did a GREAT job handling his job! So he did get my purchase of 200.00. Never under estimate how a person looks or dresses cause you never know how much money they are going to spend with your company. read more
