I've never seen such a ridiculous customer service with the most outlandish stories and excuses for not delivering a product, but they had no problems holding on to your money for 2 weeks. I work with people and I know they can be really rude the majority of the time BUT Martel did a GREAT job handling his job! So he did get my purchase of 200.00.
