He lent us a loaner cover because ours was back ordered and when we found out it wasn't the right size, he allowed us to meet half way to switch ours out at a gas station free of charge. And WHY were they touching the pool cleaning net anyway, they're a pool company, they should have their own net. Also a broken pipe was discovered in the pump house that caused the pump to stop working. It appeared to have been stepped on. They're the only ones that went in there. So here's the fun part. I call Marland to cancel service. He calls back saying "You guys aren't even in our system. We've been cleaning your pool for 6 months with no payment and you owe me 6 months worth!!" WHAT?!? We left checks behind tacked to the pump house door and they were ALWAYS gone. So you haven't been cashing any of my checks, or did you even get them, or did your irresponsible pool guys lose them? Either way, this is absolutely crazy. WHY would they keep coming to "clean" if they weren't getting paid? So Marland tells me he's putting it on my credit, give me a break. We paid for crappy service, pool had green walls many times, broken stuff when they came, and apparently they weren't even depositing our checks. I don't look at my account much. But I have all copies of dated checks written which were picked up by them. So I will be getting an attorney and WILL be fighting this. SHADY COMPANY. STAY AWAY!

Our pool is surrounded by 40' tall live oaks which drop huge quantities of acorns, leaves and other debris, especially in the Spring. I was impressed how our cover was custom fitted and manufactured right on site at our house. The entire project took five hours. The cover has a high quality and very attractive appearance. And I thought the cost was reasonable. The cover is guaranteed for five years but it appears to be high quality and I expect it to last much longer than five years. Another big plus for us is that the leaf cover gives me peace of mind when our 13 pound dog is in our back yard.
