Seriously... LOOK NO FURTHER!! Pat and his amazing team were nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Customer service is second to none. We had been looking for a hot tub for about 6 months. We went to several different places closer by to us originally and are so glad we came across them. We bought a refurbished tub from Pat and he tuned it all up for us, cleaned it, and even held it for us for a bit before we got our patio pavers put in. We would have gotten a new tub from him too and plan on doing so in the future after this tub. He lent us a loaner cover because ours was back ordered and when we found out it wasn't the right size, he allowed us to meet half way to switch ours out at a gas station free of charge. Don't believe anything Pat says will happen. Had my main pump replaced last year by this company and it took 3 trips and a lot of phone calls to get the leaks from the replacement to stop. I decided this year to sell the hot tub. Pat said he was interested in buying and sent someone to look at the hot tub and the logistics of moving it to his shop after purchase. I called several times to get his purchase price and when he would move it. After waiting and waiting I finally sold it to and individual who was happy to get it and moved it to his property 2 days later. What a waste of time trying to deal with this unorganized company. I just bought my second in line Balboa controller for our hot tub from Pat and Micheal at their new location and thought I would share my experience. Let's face it Spa business is everywhere you look however it's the service you get that makes this one stand out! Micheal went out of his way trying to help me fix the controller I had already bought from them eight years ago not wanting to sell me a new one unless I absolutely needed it. He made calls to experts on my complicated issue to help me since I installed my SETUP myself 20 years ago. At that point you would think they would tell me it's time for a new one. Nope! Once they exhausted all their efforts in trying to get my old one up and running it was time. Then they gave me a great deal on a new controller and helped me get up and running over the phone and one consultation in store with Pat the owner at no cost to me. I have not yet purchased a spa from this dealer but they just went to the top of the list due to outstanding customer service. Made a great deal on a swim spa at a trade show and needed to have a crane to take delivery. Crane company recommended by the manufacturer gave quote of almost $5k. I asked Pat at Comfort Spas if he knew anyone else and he gave me a great recommendation that saved us over $4k- despite the fact that we had purchased our swim spa elsewhere. We will be looking to replace our hot tub in the next few months. I plan to look here for that purchase! read more
