She had not slept well in years; and for the first time in years she can sleep! I absolutely love that I can move the chairs around to fit exactly what we are needing combined with where we want to sit depending on the mood. Service has been excellent as we figure out temperature; the water PH (it takes a minute - stick with it or empty and start over - we are all different!) but with the help of staff and the free water testing, we think we have it managed! Friendly and knowledgeable, they even suggested we wait a few days to take advantage of a sale coming AND a rebate! Saved us thousands! Even a difficult delivery (on our deck on a lake behind the house) was overcome with the help of a crane and care! We had shopped several different types of spas, and glad we chose Bullfrog, as it was the only one that we could manage the pressure and power of the jets independently (again .. spinal damage cause's pain with too much pressure) If you want to invest in a spa; I highly recommend the service, care, and ability to answer questions and problem solve with the team at Glacier Pool Supplies & Spas. Justin is very talented, he designed a beautiful pool unlike any one else's pool. I have compared every pool company in the area and he is the best especially in materials, design and price. Meagan, she is young and bright, a great manager who takes care of all your concerns. Sometimes things break like curbs or whatever. We had all of our permits right away. Then they had to remove a whole backyard full of very deep concrete. Her people did it with minimal damage. It rained almost everyday and the people still came to work and did the best that they could. Afterward Nikki is quick to respond to any of your questions or if something isn't to your liking, she is right on task! They even take care of your warranty! I'm thrilled with my pool and my experience. I am convinced that they are the best pool company in the bay area. We sit on the lake and our backyard is open to people walking by everyday. Terrible company. I chose them bc they were the cheapest. They were coming out weekly and…read moresometimes the pool looked decent. Other times they'd write something down on a ticket about what they did and they did NOT do these things. There weren't even tablets. Then we found our pool net broken. The pole was broke and the net jammed onto the pole where we couldn't even remove the net to put the brush on. Nobody else touches our pool stuff except them. And WHY were they touching the pool cleaning net anyway, they're a pool company, they should have their own net. Also a broken pipe was discovered in the pump house that caused the pump to stop working. It appeared to have been stepped on. They're the only ones that went in there. So here's the fun part. I call Marland to cancel service. He calls back saying "You guys aren't even in our system. We've been cleaning your pool for 6 months with no payment and you owe me 6 months worth!!" WHAT?!? We left checks behind tacked to the pump house door and they were ALWAYS gone. So you haven't been cashing any of my checks, or did you even get them, or did your irresponsible pool guys lose them? Either way, this is absolutely crazy. WHY would they keep coming to "clean" if they weren't getting paid? So Marland tells me he's putting it on my credit, give me a break. We paid for crappy service, pool had green walls many times, broken stuff when they came, and apparently they weren't even depositing our checks. I don't look at my account much. But I have all copies of dated checks written which were picked up by them. So I will be getting an attorney and WILL be fighting this. SHADY COMPANY. STAY AWAY!
