After problem after problem, the pool was finally reaching completion when the plaster crew caused major damage when they poured approximately 10 gallons of acid into the pool and did not turn off the pump. This caused the acid to eat away the wall ledger and coping on spillway. The plaster itself has been horrible since day one and there is no response from Avree. Emails and calls go unanswered. Literally feel like we were robbed. Pool has been filled for less than a year and plaster coloring and texture is patchy. The lack of customer service is frustrating and insulting. This does not slow Avree from pushing out social media videos of extravagant pools trying to advertise falsely that they do quality work.
