I spoke for a moment with the wife about my needs and soon learned they have referrals for plaster work, pool maintenance/service workers and expert knowledge about pools in general. I was given a container to bring a sample in of my pool water to have it checked at no cost. I was delighted to have such a warm introduction to the store. Aside from the maintenance and chemical items, they also have fun floats, thermometers, outdoor clocks, towel holders and much much more. The store was exceptionally clean. I have always liked pool stores since was a kid. The smell brings back so many memories. Seems I was always in a pool store with my dad or my grandmother. We would go in for chemicals to treat our pools. Back in the mid 70's and early 80's, you did it yourself since having a "pool guy" was not as common as it is today. I'm very excited about how well the store is stocked. They pack a lot in this small space and I will be back to get some new floats soon. They carry my favorite brand of floats, SwimWays. After meeting with Jeremy (owner) and providing our ideas, he custom designed a pool and spa that was perfect for our needs. The project was complete in February 2021 and for the past 5 years it has been trouble free and easy to maintain. I attribute that to their employee's craftsmanship along with the materials and equipment they used and installed. The Pool/Spa is energy efficient due to the high end computer controlled Hayward equipment that can be pre-programmed or controlled remotely with a phone app. I could go on with the many features it has such as Freeze Protection Mode, LED pool lighting themes etc. But, their customer service is what stands out.
