My neighbor recommended that I go here and get my water tested, even though I tested it on my own to get their recommendation. I have to say I got there about 20 minutes prior to closing and Jackson was there helping a customer but he acknowledged me and said he'd be right with me. After the customer left Jackson asked how he could help and I explained how new I was. He was so friendly and acknowledged all my questions. He also gave my guidance on some other things to look for in the future. After the test was done we only needed 2 inexpensive chemicals to get us on track. Jackson cared and takes pride in his work. I noticed alot of negative reviews on here and they all seem to be from many years ago. I think things have changed. As a business owner myself I understand how you can't ever get rid of negative reviews or feedback. I hope someone reads this and decides to give them a shot.

    This 1-star review reflects the recent decline in Butcher's to what it is now:…read more The company has very high staff turnover and as a result the person showing up to service the pool is always different, and often not suitably trained/qualified, this probably explains why the quality of Butcher's pool service has now deteriorated to the point of being a waste of money. Furthermore, Butcher's indifference to security means that Butchers employees can sign out keys to customer properties whenever they want, including weekends, without first checking with the homeowner. The improper cleaning and lack of security are the main reasons I terminated my relationship with Butchers.

We have plenty of cleaners, we needed this pool store! I was immediately greeted by the husband and wife franchise owners. I spoke for a moment with the wife about my needs and soon learned they have referrals for plaster work, pool maintenance/service workers and expert knowledge about pools in general. I was given a container to bring a sample in of my pool water to have it checked at no cost. I was delighted to have such a warm introduction to the store. Aside from the maintenance and chemical items, they also have fun floats, thermometers, outdoor clocks, towel holders and much much more. The store was exceptionally clean. I have always liked pool stores since was a kid. The smell brings back so many memories. Seems I was always in a pool store with my dad or my grandmother. We would go in for chemicals to treat our pools. Back in the mid 70's and early 80's, you did it yourself since having a "pool guy" was not as common as it is today. I'm very excited about how well the store is stocked. They pack a lot in this small space and I will be back to get some new floats soon. They carry my favorite brand of floats, SwimWays. Great customer service, pristine store, good prices and big selection. What more can you ask for in a pool supply place?

We've had…read moreissues with the bluetooth that had everyone scratching their head, ordering parts, dealing with delays in getting the parts from the manufacturing company and COVID. Last week Brett contacted me again to tell me they finally have the topside control panel for the entire spa.....yeah. Brett showed up early and had the bluetooth system working again. It sounds fabulous, the speakers have high end quality sound and makes the entire spa time even more relaxing. David worked with us during this entire process. I felt so sorry for him as getting the parts were out of his control. Then Brett, total gentleman and professional who explained each step he was taking to attempt to fix the issue, much thanks friend. Thanks to Benny and Jeremy who also stopped by one evening after the completed their spa deliveries for the day and worked well past dark to help. The ladies in the office who kept getting out calls for any possible updates, thank you. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase back in July and delivery in August. David your entire staff is incredible and patient, so keep up the great job you all do and keep doing it right.

I will update again if anything ever gets finished. I bought a lovely swim spa from Spas Unlimited a couple of years ago. We have enjoyed the spa. Noticed a few issues this spring. Reached out to Esmeralda in service. Paid a Couple hundred dollar service fee. Waited over a month for a Technician to visit. He spend about 10 mins with my spa. Enough to remove filters and the top of spa. He stated he needed a compressor to blow the lines, and the spa jets seemed glued on and were not popping off easily. He left. I truly thought he was either going to get a compressor or have lunch. He never returned. I waited another week to call Esmeralda who stated that they were "waiting to see how the owner wanted to proceed with the repair". I haven't heard back in three weeks. The request for service started back in Spring. It is now almost August. Unsure of what I paid $$ for service call. Absolutely nothing was done. I've been more than patient.

I had worked with them years ago when I purchased my Jacuzzi/spa, which is still gorgeous, but this pool has completely transformed my backyard into a private resort. The process took some time in the beginning with planning and design, but it absolutely paid off in the end. Between Montana, Jacob, and Stacey, and their fantastic and friendly crews, the final result looks like something straight out of a postcard. I literally can't stop staring at it. The back of my patio villa home is mostly windows. I used to keep them open just for natural light. Now, even at night, the view is so stunning that it feels like living inside a luxury retreat. I never imagined something this breathtaking could be my own backyard. They designed and built the pool, waterfall wall, and deck to blend seamlessly with my existing natural stone pond and waterfall. The attention to detail is incredible. As pretty much expected, we ran into a couple of snags and I'm a perfectionist. BUT what truly sets this company apart is how they handled everything. Montana, Jacob and General Manager Stacey they went above and beyond to make it right. and then some. The colors, textures, and overall design are just invigorating. And I don't even have to tell you how much my adult kids and grandkids love it, they never want to leave! Because I trusted their work, I continued with irrigation repairs, landscape design, and outdoor lighting and once again, they delivered a home run. I even added one of their chillers systems. In Texas, where summers last nine/ten months, pools can quickly turn into bathtubs. The chiller will make all the difference, allowing us to actually enjoy the pool even in peak heat. My backyard is now something people dream about. We're retired and used to travel to experience beautiful scenery. Now, we have that same feeling right at home from morning coffee to a glass of wine in the evening, it truly feels like our own private resort. I highly recommend Richards Total Backyard Solutions for pools, spas, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, and complete backyard transformations.

I had high hopes when we met and designed the pool, but my hopes are quickly diminishing. We have had no communication, outside of us reaching out to the salesperson, so I'm now left to wonder if that will be the case once we actually begin the process. I am highly disappointed in this process, beginning to wonder if I should have gone with my number 2. Hmmmm My advice, proceed with caution.

I had the great opportunity to work with Dani and each day, I would come in with a sample, she was very helpful in explaining to me the results and not only that, she would give me suggestions on how I could balance the water. I have to admit it was a tedious process in the beginning but each day I would come in, you could hear Dani's voice welcoming you to Leslie's pool and each time she showed a high level of professionalism towards me and every customer that was there. After several visits, we finally got the Hot Tub balance and not only that, my knowledge of operating the tub has grown tremendously to the point, now I am an efficient operator and enjoying the hot tub daily. Living 50 miles, I called ahead and was told by the person on the phone that there wouldn't be a problem returning socks without a receipt. I made the trip in rush hour traffic (seriously), only to be told by the manager, who confirmed that she was actually the same person I talked to on the phone, that no return could be made without the original packaging. I replied that the socks didn't come in a package, only a wraparound sticker and a plastic fastener. She replied that she knew this, but considered those things to be the package. Really?!? To any sane person, those things are just trash! I suggested that she just scan an identical item from the shelf, but she refused, saying something like there was a chance of scanning the wrong one. I knew that there were only two versions of this product, though, because I had bought one of each version! It's standard practice for retail stores to grab a matching product from the shelf in order to scan the UPC. Her refusal to do so seemed to be a deliberate attempt to save face and deny my reasonable request. This misleading info and poor service wasted my time and fuel. I reached out to the corporate office, to give them a chance to make this right, but all they did was quote the return policy, which I did not run afoul of. To be more specific, the return policy does not require that the item be in its original packaging. I will be happy to remove my poor review of Ross Stores when they issue me a refund. Until then, y'all are better off going to the competition. There's plenty out there.
