I bought it because of that since I was effected by the hurricane and had no where to go. I do feel like the community center is old like 80s old and half the kitchen stuff doesn't work. Would like to see it improved because the space is great just needs to be updated. The pool needs a good power wash and paint job along with some new patio furniture would make the space so nice be. You can tell they haven't power washed it in a long time. I dont like we dont have gates to at the entrance everyone and their grandma has access to this property which is scary because people have been robbed by gun point.. its 2018 and they dont offer recycling anymore because they said not enough people recycle and it cost to much that excuse is ridiculous with what we pay in HOA. You get 2 guest for the pool which is a joke because people take their wholeee family. The landscaping is nice it's well maintained for sure. Tennis court needs to be repainted. Will post pics later. Do your research before buying here. Theres a lot of renters so people come and go. The Hoa is high. Love being so close to everything. Autumn chase can make a few improvements here and there but it's a very quiet neighborhood

Like Fire Alarms inspections are done, When water is turned back on after being shut off , Etc.. Something the old Management failed to do. But overall, love the layout of the community. The freezer is full of scratches and crooked. and the kitchen counter is not updated at all. It has burnt marks and is uneven and discolored, so my apartment always looks unkept no matter how many times I clean the kitchen. The color of the kitchen is brown... they need to do a serious update. The bathroom sink is also worn out, it's full of stains and cracked. I visited other apartments to see if they were better only to find out the flooring is yellowish and the carpet is on the light brown shade. So it doesn't feel clean and modern. The bedrooms are small and my closet smells like cigarettes, as well as the garage. Now my car has a lingering smell. I don't smoke... I don't know where the smell is coming from on that part of the apartment. The community is average but to be honest. I payed $380 for application fee which I foun expensive comparing other apartment complexes. I was expecting better looking kitchen and bathrooms. There are other apartments in the area with more updated looks.

My car was broken into and severely vandalized overnight--all four tires and rims were stolen, my window was shattered, and the car was left sitting on a brick. This was not random or minor. This was extensive, deliberate theft and damage that took time to carry out on the property. What's most alarming is the misleading security situation. Residents are given the impression that there is reliable overnight security patrol, yet when I spoke with the property manager, Liliana Torres, I was told the guard is not consistently present every night. That is completely unacceptable for a community that advertises safety. Even more concerning, this is not an isolated incident. A similar situation happened to another resident just four months ago (to my knowledge), which points to an ongoing pattern and clear security failure. On top of that, I was told by staff that incidents like this "happen often," which is deeply concerning in itself. What made the situation worse was the lack of empathy and urgency. There was no real concern shown, no meaningful reassurance, and no visible accountability after reporting such a serious incident. If security is inconsistent, that needs to be clearly disclosed. Incidents like this don't just happen--they happen when there are serious gaps in monitoring, accountability, and prevention. Since moving here in 2025, this experience has completely changed my perception of the property. Beyond the financial damage, this situation has made me feel unsafe and unsupported where I live. Residents deserve transparency, honesty, and actual security--not a false sense of safety. I strongly urge anyone considering moving here to ask direct, detailed questions about security coverage and patrol consistency before signing a lease.

I moved in March and I've been having an issue with the noise from upstairs ever since. This has been my only complaint with the apartment complex. The place is well kept and pool is nice and the community as a whole is fairly quiet outside. I guess it's just my unfortunate luck to have the neighbor who is not sensitive to the neighbor down stairs and just stomps around the apartment all day and night. I'm made many complaints, seemingly not action taken by management. The only reason I will not be renewing the lease here. Anyone planning to move here, either take an upstairs unit or townhouse, if not, make sure you find out as much as you can about the upstairs tenants. For me, small kids and heavy foot residents should not be on a level above other tenants, especially not at the prices for these units. This has ruined my entire experience thus far, I hate I signed a 1 year lease.
