They did tell me that they were going to be discontinuing that brand but that they would still provide service. Now the hottub can't get hot (I keep it set at 104 degrees and it is stuck at 99) so I called them to see about getting it serviced. Now they no longer service these hottubs and that I need to call the company to see who can service it. They couldn't/wouldn't help me find someone to service it! Guess now that they have my money, I'm on my own. Would never go back there again. UPDATE: Closest certified American Whirlpool service center wants to charge me $471 for travel expense. I have messaged this company to ask for help since they assured me they would still service the hot tub we bought and I never heard back from them (that was over a week ago. I also called the Brandon location to see if I could get some help and all I got was "I'm sorry!". No offer to help in any way. I hope others will see this before deciding to do business with these people.

Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

I had several quotes to get the pool cleaned and running again, some of these other companies really tried to gouge me and upcharge me on things I did not want. Bob came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and did not try to upcharge me on anything. Once the pool got cleaned out I decided I should refinish it and add a sundeck. Again they could of gave me an outrageous quote since half the job was done but once again I was given a very reasonable number. Communication was great by phone, text and email. The guys who came out to do the work were very friendly and professional. The job got done in a reasonable amount of time and the pool looks fantastic. The company was know as Walker pools previously but now called Affordable so you can look up both to find them. If I ever need pool repairs again they will be the first ones I call. Really great job.

Fast forward to the present, when we came back from a trip, I noticed that although the water was heating, it was nowhere near the higher temperature range. I tried to troubleshoot it myself, then gave up and gave Ben a call. On the phone, he was able to figure out the likely cause and told me to try out his solution. Lo and behold, it worked! Cara the owner, was very gracious and advised she would have Ben, her husband, come out and look at the spa pump. Ben came and looked at the pump and felt confident it could be repaired. He ordered the necessary parts and indicated he would let us know when it came in. In the meantime, we mentioned to the pool builder doing the resurfacing that we had contacted Dutchcraft Services to repair the pump. Marty, from US Pools without us asking, stated that Ben does great work and he also recommended them. How cool was that? Ben completed the work. we had a hiccup, not because of anything Ben had done wrong, but the company putting the pebble sheen had plugged the spa to avoid material going into the pipe. They unplugged it and the spa pump works like a charm!! The best part, Ben's price was very reasonable! We are sooo happy with it and we are using the spa more than we ever have! I love this family owned business, they care and are meticulous with their work. Keeping a pool clean and balanced every week takes more time than most people expect, so having someone dependable handle it has been really helpful. They show up consistently, keep the pool looking great, and make sure the chemicals stay balanced so the water stays clear. A couple of times they also pointed out small equipment issues early, which helped us fix them before they became bigger problems. What we appreciate most is that they're easy to communicate with and straightforward about what the pool needs and what it doesn't. No pressure, just honest service. If you're in the Clearwater area and need someone to maintain your pool or check your equipment, Clearwater Pool and Patio has been a solid company to work with. Working with Posh Pools was one of the most painful vendor experiences that I have ever…read moreencountered. Overall, the work that was done on my pool was pretty top notch. The vendor Posh used to lay the pavers went above and beyond and did a tremendous job. I am already using them on another project. The Posh employees that demolished and repaired my pool were hard working, easy to talk to/ask questions, informative, and did an overall tremendous job. However, the pain I encountered solely focused around the sales and management of our process. Up front, the sales rep promised us a project manager that would be in contact with me throughout the process. He promised daily emails with updates. He promised us a 2% discount if we purchased pavers and the pool repair. He told us the process would take no more than 10 days to complete once started. None of that came to fruition. The total start to finish time took 2 and a half months. During that time, a palate of pavers destroyed my front lawn sitting for several weeks. I had to pay to move a BBQ party to a paid venue (the party was scheduled 2 months away from the start date. I made a poor assumption that the delta between 10 days and 2 months would give us ample leg room). There was never a project manager in touch with me nor did I ever receive updates. I had to play a guessing game on whether or not someone would show up in my backyard that day, or the next, or the following. The only time I did get updates was when I called the main office. I guess the project manager was me? I, of course, never received the discount; and when I tried calling the rep out on it, he gave a bs excuse about how he "upgraded my tiles for free" and never returned another call. I have pictures proving the tiles are a base, not upgraded, tile. To add salt to the wound, the owner sends a really nice note thanking you for your business with his cell phone number on it to call if you need anything. You can call the number. He'll never call you back. I think I left somewhere between 6-8 different voicemails and emails. He called once. The only time he reached out to me was when he wanted his final check. For some reason, the check was desperately needed on the last day of the month, so I was requested to leave it outside in the open. I obliged despite not wanting to and made one simple request - send me a quick email so that I know you received it. Never happened. Overall, I am satisfied with the physical work that was done and the end result. However, the lies that were fed to get my sell and the lack of any sort of project management made this a horrifically stressful experience. I would have paid more money to simply have this done right.
