From doing a morning yoga class to doing Feng Shui Love and Relationships class in the late afternoon. I did have a massage here, which was hot stone deep tissue massage and Veronica got me right. I don't get too many massages but I need to do it more often. Spa facilities were excellent - eucalyptus steam, sauna, cold plunge, poolside food service, and all of it clean and well attended to. I was going to take off a star due to my food having hair embedded in the cheese on my turkey burger. The staff was so attentive to make me another burger with a quickness and they're so kind to remove it from my tab. I appreciate them for resolving that issue and making that experience not as bad. Those white sweet potato fries were delicious! I must find those to make some at home. The massage treatment itself was amazing and very rejuvenating. I just need to restate that again, and I appreciate my masseuse telling me to stay hydrated for the rest of the day because I felt the result the next morning only a little bit. I didn't have too bad of muscle cramps the next day. The entire sounds were beautiful and it was calming to view. Especially seeing bunnies hop around and even a lizard crawl by. I would definitely come back for another visit.

You were able to attend 2 classes and receive any 1 hour body session...that includes facials and massages. Upon walking into the resort, my thought was that it looked so pristine. Everything was white and cream colored and just made my nerves calm. After checking in we received a map of the property and a complimentary CIVANA water bottle that you can use at any of the filtered water stations. What a great touch. The pool associated with the spa was nice. I didnt get in but I did lounge pool side and enjoyed a delicious burger and wedges. Food and drinks are sold separately. There were plenty of lockers and space to spread out. There was an aqua therapy circuit featuring hot and cold Kneipp Walks , cold plunge pool and Tepdarium pool. However as soon as I walked into that area, my eyes burned so bad. There was so much chlorine in there I was just uncomfortable. for the spa session i enjoyed the revive to thrive. You begin with a dry-glove exfoliation to jumpstart detoxification and stimulate the lymphatic system. Next, the body is covered in warm herbalized oil from scalp to toes with friction strokes that move the oil into the tissues to further dislodge toxins. Then muscle-specific strokes are used to promote relaxation. Finally, your therapist will use Marma Point Therapy to stimulate and awaken energy in the body, calm the mind, and activate healing. I fell asleep. lol Overall I would recommend to have this experience at least once in your life. The classes were delightful and I brought some techniques home with me.

The spa is beautifully set among billion-year-old boulders, creating an immediate sense of calm the moment you arrive. The spa features separate men's and women's locker rooms, 24 treatment rooms, and a spa café, all thoughtfully designed to blend into the desert landscape. The outdoor amenities truly set this spa apart. From the meditation labyrinth and shamanic tipi to the pool, whirlpool, reflecting pond, and organic garden, every space invites you to slow down and be present. It feels spiritual without being forced, peaceful without being boring. Spa services range from massages and facials to body treatments and aromatherapy. The locker room offers a wet and dry sauna, with two meditation rooms. I ended the day in the luxurious shower, then spent quiet time in the meditation room, which was the perfect grounding experience before leaving. The spa café is an underrated perk--offering everything from coffee to cocktails depending on your mood. Most importantly, the staff was exceptional: warm, professional, and attentive. They checked in on us by the pool just enough to make us feel cared for, never rushed or overwhelmed. This is the kind of spa experience that stays with you long after you leave. Absolutely worth the visit--and the return.

My massage therapist was TJ who listened to all my concerns & was able to concentrate on all my trouble areas and was able to work all the knots out!! Also luved the aromatherapy aspect of the massage. After my appointment I was able to go use the spa amenities-sauna, pool, steam room & jacuzzi. I luved relaxing in the meditation room. I also had a really transformative facial. MaryAnn was an absolute miracle worker with my dehydrated skin and suggested several treatments that left me with a refreshed youthful appearance that looked amazing and surprisingly no redness downtime!!! I will definitely schedule another facial in a few months when I come back to carefree, AZ!! This spa was an absolute hidden gem!! Call if you get lost b/c the GPS is not so accurate in directions.

Unfortunately, the front desk experience was so poor that it completely ruined the visit. I had a valid gift certificate purchased for me two years ago that was attached to an email. At checkout, the front desk employee, Nicole, immediately became argumentative instead of helpful. I provided my email, my phone number, my daughter's email, two additional phone numbers, and even spelled the emails out twice. I repeatedly asked for one minute to search my records, and she would not stop interrupting or pressing me. She insisted they "only issue physical gift cards," which was not how mine was purchased. The interaction became confrontational and unprofessional. Eye-rolling, dismissive tone, and refusal to simply pause and look further created an unnecessarily hostile situation. Instead of leaving relaxed after a 90-minute massage, I left feeling pressured and upset. I ultimately paid again just to get out of the building. What makes this worse is that the moment I got to my car, my daughter immediately located the purchase confirmation under the exact email I had provided -- meaning the credit did exist exactly as I said. It is extremely disappointing when the quality of the service inside the room is undone by poor customer service at the front desk. Basic patience and professionalism would have solved this in under a minute. Instead, it turned into an avoidable negative experience.
