Not only that, Nathan spent another 30 minutes explaining how the pump works, best settings and how to upkeep. Price was great too. Very impressed!!!!!!!

Chronic Pain Review: Colby is by far one of the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work…read morewith. I have extreme chronic pain and health issues and we were interested in purchasing a hot tub as heat, massages and water therapy help so much! He listened to my health concerns, what I was hoping to get from it, showed me some lower cost options and then what he thought would be most beneficial for me. He then gave us a quote, we went home and got some quotes for the concert base (he gave us suggestions with that too and things to make sure we ask about) and he was available for all my questions. We went back in and make the purchase and a few weeks later we were able to go back in, actually get in the hottub and try all the jet packs. It took me longer than it should because I was trying to see how each effected my body but he was SO KIND and didn't rush us at all. DONT go anywhere else. Head straight in and ask for Cody. I will be referring everyone to him. Honestly the best. ** I will add to my review once delivered**

Today I witnessed him calling a customer curse words and saying that he knew nothing all because the owner did not think the guys question/concern warranted his attention. As an owner of anything you might not agree but you never call someone and idiot and curse words because they do not believe everything that comes out of your mouth. I was apologized to and bought my product. It was brought up that owner has an illness and this is what caused this. I will tell you as a consumer it does not matter what you have or don't have if your a jerk to your customers. I send prayers to the owners family but this is still not an excuse. Again, this was not directed at me but seeing how a customer was treated was enough to never to back. I appreciate the call from the woman owner after apologizing again but then she did not like what I had to say so she was ok with not having my business either. Good luck and God bless.
