From day one, he has treated our pool with the same care and pride as if it were his own, and we are beyond thankful for his service. Every single week, he sends a detailed email outlining exactly what he completed, the status of our chemical levels, whether anything was added, and even how long we should wait before swimming. He also includes a picture of our pool after he's finished, which always gives us such peace of mind. It's rare these days to find someone who is not only so thorough, but who genuinely wants you to feel informed and confident about the care your pool is receiving. Our pool has never looked better, but more importantly, we trust Japi completely. His consistency, kindness, and dedication mean so much to us, and it shows in every visit. If you're looking for someone who will take care of your pool with honesty, heart, and true professionalism, we cannot recommend Japi and GP&A Pool Services enough. They've been an absolute blessing to us.

The previous owners of our home did not care for the pool, so after many years of trying to find the right person for the job, we thought Ryan would be our savior; boy, were we wrong. Things started off great! My husband found him on YELP with a high 4-star rating back in December 2024. Ryan was eager and appeared excited to bring our pool back to life. Ryan and Team started working on our pool February 2025. I mean, this guy is over communicating at this point. Keeping us updated on when they were coming out to the house and what materials were being purchased & so forth. We were indeed pleased. Our first biggest mistake, we paid him in full in April 2025. Ryan immediately stopped accepting our calls and stopped replying to text messages. We were out of $12,000! Thank the Lord we paid with a CC, so we took it up with our bank, but it wasn't easy. In June 2025, we were told by our bank that Ryan submitted pictures of a completed pool---claiming it was OUR pool. As a result, the ruling was ruled in Ryan's favor, not ours. We were in complete shock; utter devastation. FULL TRANSPARANCY POST NEXT: The stress was unimaginable. I stopped eating, my hair began to fall out, and I was so filled with anxiety, I could barely work. Texas Native Aquatics put such a severe strain on our lives, but my hurt turned into anger, AND WE FOUGHT BACK. We were not going to accept this! We took even more photos and gathered even more text messages to prove our case. It took hours upon hours to put the evidence together, but the hard work paid off. The claim was reopened and TODAY, the bank ruled in our favor. Today is September 16, 2025, and our pool is still unusable. It's been drained for 7 months---which can lead to more serious issues. We've declined hosting family events, friend get-togethers and birthday parties for our nephews all due to our pool condition and the pain/suffering Ryan Williams has caused. Feel free to visit his google and yelp page---as you can see, we are not the first to write about being taken advantage of. And as of recently, his ratings have declined. I am truly fearful for this guy because if he continues this type of practice, then he might end up working for the wrong client and he will be out a lot more than he is now. Lucky for him, he got a nice couple I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND RYAN WILLIAMS AND TEXAS NATIVE ACQUATICS.

    We requested a green to clean service, a service which we have happily paid for before and had good…read moreresults. However, this time the service was terrible and the communication during the time of service was little to none. FOUR times they came out and dumped chemicals in our pool and called it good to swim in when it most definitely was not. Chemicals we were willing to pay for since they were used in our pool. Not only was our pool still dirty, my husband had to help the technicians. We should be charging a $75 cleaning fee for that by their standards. During the time of service it was never communicated to us that the filters of our system needed to be cleaned. It was 4 months after service that we were told it had to do with our filters. NOTHING was told to us during the time of service. If we had been told that we would have done it. Our bill was over $500 for a still dirty pool with debris still in the bottom. With just cleaning fees alone $75 x 4 = $300 which is over half the bill. This is ABSURD. I told them I would pay for all the chemicals and for 1 of the $75 cleaning fees, but not 4 of them. The GENERAL MANAGER has poor customer service and fails to recognize when a customer is unhappy with the services performed. He got an attitude with me about the amount owed for the terrible work done. All aside this company and Don choose to lose a customer over $225 (3 cleaning fees of $75) instead of swallow his pride and help with a solution on how they can do better. Don threatened to take us to court... Don tried to tell me that they came out TWICE the first time to clean our pool yet the total for that service was $125...less than 2 cleaning fees of $75 This company doesn't care about the customer they care about being right and the money. 25% clarity from start to finish. Great work my friends. I wish I could give 0 stars honestly. Verbatim Don said: "I'll make my point" Go ahead Don, please show everyone how careless you are about customers.
