Bad Customer Service!! Keeton plumbing came to my home on September 11th after being dispatched…read morethrough the American Home Shield Warranty service. They told me that my mainline was clogged with roots. They roto rooted it and left. I left a great review because the guys were helpful and things were working as normal. They left a pipe wrench, so I called and told one of there secretaries but they never picked it up. On the 20 th my whole plumbing system backed again. I put in a request with Home Shield for them to come back. No one ever showed. I called and they told me that they no longer work with Home Sheild. I called Home Shield and they didn't even know they had stopped working for them. Further, they agreed to set me up with a different vendor but it will be 24 to 48 hours. So, I called Keeton back to let them know that I still have their pipe wrench, and I said, I understand that you have a dispute with AHS but what does that have to do with me I mean you did the work and it didn't fix it, so why would you not guarantee your work. The lady that answered the phone put me on with another lady and she got super ugly stating that as long as they had a dispute with Home Sheild I needed to speak to them. Well, here is how I see that. Home Sheild doesn't cover all plumbing needs. The dispute is with them not me. So, if I ever have anything that isn't covered I will not use Keeton Plumbing. They do not care about their customers and they obviously do not guarantee their work.

A couple of hours after he left our problem started again and he came right back over. He worked outside in the freezing cold (10 degrees!) and worked well after dark. He could not get his auger to work properly so he said he would need to take back to the shop and fix it and come back the next morning. We live in a heavily wooded area so we had lots of tree roots in our sewer lines. He came back the next morning, with his auger working, and cleared all the roots out of our pipes. He was very professional and courteous. We were only charged for the first visit since the original problem was not fixed even though this was done during weekend and holiday hours. Cudos to Roger! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a plumber!

Our service technician Andrew arrived on time and was extremely professional. After hearing our description of the issue he let us know he could probably have it up and running very quickly.
