We met with the owner and feel he was both knowledgeable in the field and along with the great photos of previous jobs he had done, we hired him. The job was done with care and the quality was exceptional. Carlton (the owner) is cordial and friendly and the price was fair for the job. He subcontracted out the new foundation (concrete pour) which was also done with care and quality in mind. All in all, the quality was excellent and the price was fair so anyone in the market for these services can rest assured that Arrow C Landworks is a very good company and Carlton Carter is a very special person. The previous contractor cleared off all the big items during which metal and trash was ran over with large track equipment after some heavy rains. Arrow C Landworks cleaned up the surface trash but had a bigger challenge due to the condition the prior contractor left it. I am very pleased with the work while facing the challenges of clearing it off and meeting the deadline of the sale of the property. The day we reached out for tree trimming from the storm we were contacted in under a half hour…read more They could have made it out that same day but we chose to do it the following morning. They were on time, courteous, efficient and more than thorough. Not only did they cut down the necessary branches they cleaned up our whole area and left some of the chopped wood (our request) neatly stacked by the tree. Their quote was comparable to others and they even lowered it slightly when they saw the tree in person. We have other projects coming up and Rodriguez Handyman will be the first we call to quote!

He charged an employee $15 for using one of his $5 paint brushes. Very unprofessional. He doesn't give his employees a 1099 because he owes the IRS thousands of dollars. He hired over 200 employees in 2019 and on has 1 employees that's worked for him for more than a couple of months Grady Burroughs is called Shady Grady for a reason. Beware of this company and this man.
