Best Christmas present ever. We purchased it, brought it home ourselves, it's been about two months now and we just love it! This is a very nice store with some great inventory. It's actually the nicest one I have been too. As we purchased our washer & dryer at another location in Pensacola for our other home. LaDell was very friendly on the phone and I decided to bring my banjo to him even though it was a 45 minute drive. I can attest...it was absolutely worth the drive! LaDell could not have been more helpful. He listened to my concerns and went in to solution-mode. After he made the necessary adjustments and then cleaned my banjo, which took more than 20 minutes, I asked LaDell how much I owed. He said nothing! It was "no charge." I tried to insist but he was firm in his generosity. I immediately started to look around his store so that maybe I could find something to buy. More people should take a page out of LaDell's book of going above and beyond when it comes to customer service. As a matter of fact, "Great Customer Service" could be LaDell Smith's middle name!
