The lady behind the desk waved me off and said "that is included" when I came back to get the ring, they didn't try to match up the details at all, and refused to give me back the pieces stating "included means that the jewelry shop keeps the pieces" and they were "too small" anyway. To resize a ring from 9.5-7.5, there's almost 1/2 a centimeter taken off. There's plenty to give back. The manager just lied about it instead to keep the metal, which I did not get a credit for. If the sales lady was upfront about taking the extra metal and keeping it, I wouldn't be upset, but due to the fact that she waved me off and made me think my ask was reasonable, then gaslit me after, I lost a part of an important heirloom to my family.

Rather than donating everything, I see what the Bargain Lady will accept and I always make a little money back. They take what they think they can sell in the season and their policy is fair and reasonable. You make 50% of the selling price and they have a great system where you can track the sells from your account online. They mark down anything that doesn't sell at regular intervals and after some time, you can opt to pick up anything that hasn't sold, otherwise they donate it to a great non-profit thrift shop in town. Whether you're shopping on a budget or looking to make a little money back without a hassle, the Bargain Lady will meet your needs!

That said, it does offer a variety of brands in one place that otherwise you would never have access to in this part of Oklahoma. The adult clothing is priced more reasonably. While their juniors department is extremely abundant it is harder to find anything in the Mrs. Department. I am talking about the 10 to 14 size range. Staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. Be friends with them on Facebook so you can get in on their sales, when they have sales they are always great so get there early!
