They were efficient, clean and professional. They very methodically analyzed my heat and air conditioning, wrote a detailed list for me, and explained options very clear and precise, so that I could understand what I was paying for. My heat and air conditioning had leaked for years which had rotted out all of the wood around the unit. I decided since I was changing out the system anyhow to go ahead and move it to a more convenient spot in the house. I would like to insert right here that their carpentry skills equal their heat and air skills. They did everything needed to redirect my system from foundation to the roof, I was very impressed with these guys. One thing I really appreciated about them they didn't try to up-sale me on all kinds of things that I didn't need. Sir Hubbers phone diagnosis: Phone needed a new front, a new back & a new battery. It was completely destroyed lol Hubby picked out a green phone case, as he had a green case initially. They told him to come back in 4 hours to pick up his new fixed phone. Something didn't go right with the green case & they didn't have anymore so they just gave him a gold one instead. We came back & they told us that bc he needed all three pieces, front, back & battery, they gave him a discount on the 3 items, plus they had run out of the green covers, so they gave him the Gold one. Fast Forward a week: Sir Hubbers LOVES his new Gold phone & it works perfect! Sir Hubbers is so very happy with it. OuiOui. Awesome phone service & very fast!
