I text him & he said he left it in his jeans pocket, the very jeans pocket of the jeans I just washed & dried in the dryer. I ran to the dryer, opened the dryer door & there it was, stuck in the vent all wound up resembling a handful of wire Curley fries. YALL. I have been "repairing" a camera lens for many months and made a major mistake - the screws…read morerequire a JIS instead of a Phillips head. I stripped the screws, BAD. I tried every method to remove the screws - using a hair dryer, WD-40, the rubber band trick, and so on. I literally drew blood trying to remove these things. Last week I called quite a few local stores asking if they'd be able to help me. Most store's answers were "absolutely not" or "only if you bought the product from us". I went to CPR on a whim because it was close to Starbucks + open during the lunch hour. And boy am I glad I did. They were able to remove the stripped screws in mere minutes and they were super friendly. I'll absolutely use them in the future for any of my tech needs.

I only needed WiFi internet service in my home and ended up at US Cellular and signed up. No…read morecontract on the service but 2 yr contract for the box. I chose the mid range service of 55 GBPs. I went over that amount the 1st month and they slow down your service so I increased to 85 GBPs and the service is so weak I only get 1 or 2 bars. You can't watch a show without it stopping and loading several times a minute! No wonder I used so many GBPs it takes forever to finish a show. I called several times and finally got thru to Tech Support. They took a report and got an engineer involved. It's been 3 weeks and the engineer has yet to resolve the problem. A Tech Support agent finally told me their internet service is for occasional users who also have a US Cellular phone! He encouraged me to try AT&T but of course I still have to pay for the box for 2 yrs. if you need internet service, DONT go to US Cellular!
