My HVAC unit stopped last night. It was really hot in the house and today it's supposed to be really cold- Oklahoma weather! I have a special needs baby at home who already has sniffles so I was scrambling. I called Red & Blue because I know from previous consultation with them (and every other Heat & Air co. in town) that they are hands down the best. The man I talked to was soooo patient (because I was repeating myself and didn't sound like I'd had my coffee yet) with me and very courteous. I told him exactly what my husband said to tell whoever I called (no one usually likes it when you call and act like you know what's going on or sound like a know it all) and he was great! Said he would get me fixed up the same day! I have not had the chance to see the work yet, but I am confident they will do as they have said. I work at an office building that has had more than it's share of problems getting good service, so if they do a great job at a fair price I am going to call them next time we are in need at the office. When you find good professional hard working companies- you use them and you spread the word. That's the way you pay it forward in business. I will update after the appointment! read more
