They rescheduled her delivery TWICE after the scheduled delivery window. 2. When the furniture was delivered, they told her then and only then, that not only could they not set up her furniture, but they could not even bring it into the apartment. 3. This week she was scheduled for a pickup as her internship at Valero is ending. This was rescheduled AFTER the delivery window passed... FOUR times over TWO DAYS. 4. As of now, we are headed to Ardmore FROM HOUSTON to help her move... and her furniture STILL hasn't been picked up. They called her last night at 6:30pm to reschedule AGAIN. We will NEVER use Aaron's again... and we will tell all of our network the same... which is sad because most of our peers have children who are doing short term internships or work contracts and Aaron's seemed like it would be a great fit for a generation that prefers to move around a lot.
