They were unable to tow me so they gave me the number for Shane's and holy cow were they the most surprisingly amazing tow service I've ever used. Over the phone they were friendly and helpful. The driver who came to get me is an absolutely amazing young man! So helpful and kind, and also the fastest tow of my 42 years of life! Part of it was luck, most of it was Dakota! Seriously...best dude. He took pictures around my truck before he even started (super smart, and much appreciated) and skillfully loaded my truck up and got us to the shop. I've definitely had cheaper tows in my life...but I haven't needed to be towed in over a decade so I still feel like I got a good value/price for my tow. Not only was this the fastest and best tow I've had, it was maybe $20 more than the last tow I needed back in like 2012...with inflation I really feel like I got a good deal. I definitely saved their number so that I will be able to more easily use them again in the future if I need another tow...and I'll absolutely try to get Dakota to be the driver because he's the best!

Back up a bit when we picked car up it had a dead battery. they jumped us we didn't think much of it until next morning it was dead again. they didn't adjust correctly so break lights were staying on. I was very upset over the break's failure cause this car belong to my daughter. if she would've been driving it could've been a very different outcome cause she lives in Tulsa with lots of traffic. when we called them and got it back in shop they were very unsympathetic about what happened.worst part was they tried to tell us it was a wiring harness and wanted to charge us more. I removed car from shop took it different place. They had to replace I o ring on break booster it was nothing wrong with wiring harness. please do not trust this shop. I have used them before and had no problem I feel they got new mechanic or something.
