We started looking for a new Palisade about a month ago and communicated with multiple Hyundai dealerships in the area. The staff at Carter County were hands down the best. They were upfront, honest and had integrity. Unlike other Hyundai dealership, Carter County stuck by the price they quoted you, did not pressure you into buying, and had outstanding customer service. I will continue to buy from them and would recommend them to all our family and friends. read more

I have always had excellent service at Carter County Hyundai . I would buy another vehicle there for the right price and have used the service department on many occasions . read more

Don't go here if you don't know much about financing, they explain absolutely nothing and just tell you to sign papers! Had a much better experience at Honda, salesman there explained every single paper and every payment breakdown! read more

All I can say is that I had a great experience here! After looking at several dealerships close to me and getting price quotes that were over MSRP, I decided to do business with James and his team who were located 2 hours away from my home. So glad I did! Everyone was so polite, accommodating, and professional. I was even pushing closing time having to drive so far away on a Friday night. Jose, Daniel, Robert, and the team all stayed to help me with the paperwork, go over the vehicle, and did everything with the best attitude. I've bought a lot of cars in my time and this was probably the best experience I've ever had. Great selection, great customer service, and great pricing! I got what I wanted and what I expected from Carter County Hyundai!!! I drove all the way from Dallas to get here and I am very happy with my decision to purchase from these folks! read more

After weeks of looking and constantly getting the run around from other dealers in the state, I set a time to come see a car at Carter County Hyundai. Brandon was a new sales rep and very respectful. He took his time to listen and wasn't pushy nor egotistical. Because of how Brandon handled himself, I left with a 'new to me' car and not only did they allow me to use my own finance company - they followed me for the 2-hour drive home so I could have my car in my driveway that night. Great job, guys! read more

Randy was my salesperson and rob was my finance guy and it was a great experience. Fair prices and willing to work with you, in contrast to all horrible okc dealerships that are rude, overpriced, and don't care. Everyone at the dealership was laid back and they gave me the exact price they quoted me which was exactly what they had listed online. Honestly a rarity these days when it comes to car sales/dealerships. Would definitely go back. read more

Carter County Hyundai - New 2021 Hyundai Venue at the most reasonable price in the okc area - Auto Repair Near Me - Ardmore, Oklahoma

I am always leery of dealing with dealerships but here I am always comfortable and confident that both me and my car will be well taken care of with respect. Dee, Josh, and Chris in the service department go above and typical customer service and take it to the next level. I appreciate them and will keep coming back because of them. read more

We just purchased our 4th vehicle from Carter County Hyundai and couldn't be more pleased! From start to finish, Randy, James and Robert went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and taken care of. We have been return customers for good reason and will definitely recommend CCH to others! Thanks, guys!! #weloveour2020tucson read more

Carter County Hyundai - Auto Repair Near Me - Ardmore, Oklahoma

Out of State buyers beware! I was told by one sales person a price (and that it was reviewed with the manager), put a deposit down, then Jeremy (Supervisor) the next day told me another price. Even if the first price was wrong, I definitely didn't appreciate how Jeremy handled. "Do you want to buy it or not!" Then I heard James make a comment that he would charge me more if I spoke with him (when I asked to speak with the manager). Very disappointed how it was handled, and Jeremy was particularly rude. read more

These guys are amazing. We were passing through on I35 and all of a sudden was showing "low oil pressure" so we pulled off in Ardmore in our Toyota. it was Saturday and no repair shops were open. We called CC Hyundai and they said, "come on over and we will take a look". Our car had sprayed all the oil under the car and the engine had none. The great team at Carter County figured out our problem, went and bought the part, installed them and we were on our way in a couple hours with a bill that was a fraction of what we had expected ($77). We completed our trip without any further issues, and will be recommending CC Hyundai to all our friends. Thanks again to the great team over there. Best, Rich Schultz read more

I went there basically "just browsing" and because of the amazing staff I was quickly signing my final purchase document! They have the best customer service I've ever had at any dealership with previous purchases and go above and beyond to make their customers happy! I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Had a great experience purchasing a new Santa Fe Limited from Carter County Hyundai - worth the 90 mile drive to avoid the gimicky local dealers. Came late on a Friday night and they were extremely friendly and happy to have us look without any sense of rush. Came back the next day and they had the cars we wanted to look at again pulled up and ready to go for us. The paperwork/finance portion was the most efficient and easy going that I've ever had purchasing a car. Met everyone from our great salesman to the owner of the dealership. Octavius and Camron were super to work with as was the general manager. Never felt like they were pressuring or misleading us. Would definitely return for next purchase. read more

Would not recommend ! Several problems since buying my vehicle and had to pay out of pocket to replace things ! Major damage that wasnt reported and only way I found out was after hitting a deer!!!! read more

Don't believe Lisa at Carter county Hyundai she will tell you anything just to get you in the door. I spent part of the day with them over the phone to get approved not pre approved so that I wouldn't have to make a trip up their and waste their time or mine . I went in specific detail on everything ahead of time and got the ok on paper work that I had , then proceeded to drive 2 1/2 hours to get their and in three minutes told me I was not approved. I definitely will never recommend that dealership to anyone. read more

If you are looking for a good honest Dealer keep looking. They use the zero down payment and other cars to get you in the door. Then tell you you do not have what you need, but Force you into a car if there choice with the promises after 6mo you can get any car you want. WRONG!!!!!! Them have you pay more than you want with the highest APR known to man. Just to make a sale. Your first experience should be a good one not here HORROR all the way. read more

I was told that in the beginning they would not do a hard credit pull. I have it in writing twice. It also says it won't affect your credit when you apply online. They lied! They did a hard pull right off the bat. Do not trust them!! read more

Thankfully I didn't actually go into the dealership. However, I did call hoping to get a few answer. The 2 women who answered the phone had great customer service. They transferred me to the manager. Whom's name is James Bowman. We asked our questions and he gave me the answers (I believe). I asked him to repeat the name of the bank that we financed through. He un-happily repeated it and with attitude began to spell the word global. I then told James I knew how to spell the word global but thank you. He responded with (and I quote) "I don't know why you're being a smart-ass to me I haven't done anything to you." Now let me first say I was in fact NOT being a smartass. Although I work in customer service and have for years. Regardless of a customers action you don't speak to or treat a customer with such disrespect. There has been times I've wanted to but I know better. It's bad business and just RUDE! I wouldn't refer anyone here and will be seeing about taking my business elsewhere. read more

I was visiting a friend in Ardmore so decided to have my oil changed on my 2015 Santa Fe Sport. The service department told me the special was a free oil change on my next visit if I came in on Saturday. When I picked up my vehicle the service tech stated "I don't know who told you that we don't have a special". Sad part is I know I called the Carter County Hyundai and was transferred to the service department. I guess this is a new practice to mislead customers thinking they are getting a good deal but then is not such a great deal. Thank goodness I had the floor mats from the dealership I purchased my car from covering my new floor mats because someone in the service department got grease all over the drivers side floor mats. So if you go there for service get the persons name you talked to and protect your floor mats. read more

If you are from Texas do NOT shop here. My husband and I bought a car for a daughter here and thought we got a good deal. However, 2 weeks later(Christmas Eve to be exact) we found out the the TTL was not financed in the price like it is in Texas. When going over the contracts to sign that info was kinda just "glossed over". Now we have been informed to get the tags we need to come up with about $1,100.00. I guess making a sell quota for the end of the year was more important than good customer service. read more

I had a great experience with this dealership. I will be going back for my future purchases. I never felt pressured and they all were very nice to my whole family. I bought a used Chevrolet pickup from them. If you haven't been to this dealership yet you need to go. Ask for my salesman his name is Shannon Hutchens he was very nice and upfront with us you will like him. read more

due to covid, I couldn't make it over to pick out a vehicle, I have a handicapp child.. but, Randy, of carter County Hyundai picked out a 2016 jeep patriot and got me finance and even brought it to me, within 3 month I had to replace the trottle body ( $845.) within 6 months the jeep will barely run, it dies on me while driving, without any warning, the windshield wiper in the back goes crazy, all the lights on the dash board comes on, I took a chance and took the jeep back over to them to check out, they wouldn't even run any test, they (Guess) that it might be the Tipm and PCM is going out. while waiting on the service guy my son had a seizure in his office and as I always do I tended to it, when the service guy return and told me they couldn't get to it today and that they needed to test it but, didnt have another vehicle for me to get home. well I dont live in ardmore and didnt have anybody I could call. in the meantimes, Randy , one of their salesman, the same one that sold me that piece of junk try to get me to trade it in with a much higher monthly payment which I couldn't afford. they claim no responsibility and I was left with a broken down jeep and a handicapp child to deal with and had to take the risk of driving it 26 miles back home, ( I dont live in ardmore). I was never treated so rudely in my life, now I sit with no vehicle to drive , cant even take my son to the doctors and paying on a piece of junk , I was taken by this company, taken advantage of and they are rudest people i've ever met, what a regret ever dealing with this company. Morals don't come with this business... Dont Trust Them! read more
