I called Red & Blue because I know from previous consultation with them (and every other Heat & Air co. in town) that they are hands down the best. I told him exactly what my husband said to tell whoever I called (no one usually likes it when you call and act like you know what's going on or sound like a know it all) and he was great! Said he would get me fixed up the same day! I have not had the chance to see the work yet, but I am confident they will do as they have said. I work at an office building that has had more than it's share of problems getting good service, so if they do a great job at a fair price I am going to call them next time we are in need at the office. Nothing with this company has worked properly or smoothly. From our first communications to the latest. Surprisingly they randomly billed us for 3.6 months ahead (we now owe only around $50 for January). This is after they first sent us warnings about our credit being harmed if we don't pay, after we had worked out and given them our account information to bill automatically each month. It took 2 weeks to get that sorted out, while we continued to get notices that we were delinquent. The quality of the furniture is ok, but our coffee table had a major dent in it, as did the chairs (one of which is clearly loose and wobbly). They did do a good job with switching some things out after we realized we needed to change a few items on our order. Their delivery people were good, but every interaction with the office has left a distaste in my house which has lead me to forewarn everyone here not to use this service. Find someone else if you can. Of further concern - when I originally was seeking a furniture rental company, BFR had listings here on Yelp for Dallas, Austin and San Antonio. None of those listings are here any more and now it seems I am the first new person to leave a review. Not sure why or how they were able to get their listings removed, but very very suspicious.
