All he did was unplug a transformer and replace it with a new one he was here less than an hour and charged us $600.00 to repair the heating unit, it needed a new transformer. He didn't even hook up the thermostat when I asked about it, he said it would be another charge, I told him to take it out of the $600.00. He said he couldn't. He left I called the owner, told him what happened and he told me he would send someone out the next day to hook up the thermostat no charged. The guys came the next day, they were very nice and hooked it up. That's why I didn't write a review that time, but here we are today, I called Swink yesterday for a plumber to come look at my hot water and unclog a drain. He came looked at the hot water and proceeded to tell me that the hot water is no good, it's 10 years old and I need a new one. That it would be $1800.00 for a new one. I told him that I was not going pay him $1800. that I shop around and my son in law could install it, he install the other one. I found a hot water heater for $500. and they're trying to charge me $1000. for the heater and $800. for the install that's highway robbery. Since he couldn't do anything about the hot water heater, I asked him about my kitchen sink was clogged, he looked under the sink told me that it's $159 an hour to try to unclogg it. I told him that no one gave me any rates when I called, he told me if I didn't want to pay the rate he would just leave and he did. I reported him but I'm sure he won't get in trouble because I complained the first time, but that's ok, I'll never use them again!!! Hopefully I've saved someone else from being a victim of Swink. I'm talking about my hot water heater. I didn't know it was new owners, that's why ya'll are robbing people, that's not how you get customers.
