Ended up with mostly 1 oz rounds and a couple smaller pieces. Easy process. The transaction was smooth and honest. They actually talk to you and make you feel welcome, not rushed or pressured. If you're new to silver and gold, they explain things without talking down to you. Sometimes the lines are long but that only proves that these guy are exceptionally awesome . I called other coin shops before going here. One wanted $8 premium on rounds and $10 on Silver Eagles -- straight ripoff. These guys were a lot more fair and resealable. I asked them their premiums up front and they told me straight up $1.50 on rounds and $3.50 to $4.50 on Silver Eagles cant remember. At the time, silver spot was around $80-$81. And change. Even though this place isn't the closest to my house, I'll drive out of my way to come here. Worth it. Good experience, good people, fair prices. I'll be back. I brought Dan, the owner, an antique copper box that needed repair and he did an amazing job. However, before going to D Master Jeweler, I tried a different repair shop near Austin first which had estimated 150$, for a superficial repair, and 350$ for a thorough repair. This place was called Fast Fix in the Barton Creek Mall. I chose the superficial repair for 150$. This swanky place, referred to me by the even swankier "Jade Galleria", jerked me around repeatedly and failed to start work after having had my box for over a week. As a result, I drove all the way to Austin, 5 hours, in order to pick up the box (un fixed!) and return it to Texoma. As a result, I researched options in Texoma. That's when I met Dan of D Master Jeweler. His operation is no frills but he does amazing work! He fixed my copper box completely for 45$. This is 8 times cheaper than the "fancy" Austin repair shop. Furthermore, he did it in a matter of 2 days. The work is beautiful and I am very happy with the cost, professionalism, and craftsmanship which he has offered. I'll definitely take any such repair to him in the future. I strongly recommend that you do the same!

To resize a ring from 9.5-7.5, there's almost 1/2 a centimeter taken off. There's plenty to give back. The manager just lied about it instead to keep the metal, which I did not get a credit for. If the sales lady was upfront about taking the extra metal and keeping it, I wouldn't be upset, but due to the fact that she waved me off and made me think my ask was reasonable, then gaslit me after, I lost a part of an important heirloom to my family.
