Shoutout to Cameron and the Southwest Spas team. I was shocked with how easy and painless the…read moreprocess for getting my first hot tub was. I have never purchased a hot tub before and had no idea how the process worked. Cameron came out to the house to advise me on the whole process, where the best spot for the hot tub to go, how the electrical works, and DIDN'T TRY TO UPSELL ME. It's really important to me that I gave Cameron my budget and lifestyle and he helped me select exactly the hot tub I needed and didn't try to get me to buy one outside my budget. He also stayed in contact with me through the whole process, was my direct point of contact from beginning to end, and I had a perfectly working hot tub installed in less than 2 weeks! I was given full instructions on how to take care of my hot tub in an easy and clear way. My spa has been a lifesaver, and Cameron/Southwest couldn't have been any more helpful in the whole process. I feel like a hot tub expert now. I'm a customer for life!

The owner Brandon is exceptional. Truly a professional, he took all the extra time necessary to explain exactly what was needed, his clear & efficient process, and answered all my questions every step of the way. My pool was a real mess after 12 years of me unknowingly but badly over-chlorinating it, but he worked with a tile cleaning specialist partner on the 2nd day, and made my pool look like new !! I appreciated how Brandon only did what was necessary, while also being hands-on helping fix and educate me on other related critical issues like my pump, auto-fill, skimmer-filter, vacuum and hoses, advising what equipment would be best and how I could independently find it to keep my pool clean, chemically balanced and updated. He truly went the extra mile for me, treated me like FAMILY, and saved me over $200 from the next lowest (of 7) job quotes ! After all this, he even offered his future personal assistance (in person or via phone) WHENEVER I may need him ! Liberty Pools is absolutely THE BEST, and the owner Brandon is truly the REAL DEAL ! I'm a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE with Brandon and Liberty Pool !

The pool was collecting debris and Max said that it needed an expensive procedure, however, when I checked the pump I noticed that the pressure was extremely high and that the filter had not been cleaned all summer. Max did not find this to be relevant or important even though my pool store says otherwise.
