They show up early every Tuesday and clean the baskets, clean the leaves, and check the chemicals. If you have expectations for any other services, this is not your pool company. I had to call and remind them that the filters had not been cleaned for some time. Once I called, they responded and took care of it. A few days later I noticed leaking around the filter area and the water feature pump. This seemed to go unnoticed by the maintenance staff. Again, when I called someone was scheduled out to check it. The filter leak was fixed but the water feature was simply turned off. I have called twice with no response. I opened a trouble ticket; it took several days but someone did call and said they would let me know when someone could come out. That was well over a week ago. No response. I get text and email notifications reminding me of my Tuesday appointment and it always asks if there is something that needs attention. I have responded to both texts and emails with no response. I have to say my level of disappointment is very high for any company that can't be bothered to even respond, follow up and perform a complete job, and just keep you informed. I will be calling today to cancel my service, maybe someone will respond to that call.
