They have different levels of service...some including chemicals and discounts on repairs and one with included filter cleanings. I decided to try Blue Iguana because I was tired of cleaning my own pool and dealing with the chemicals. I can't even express how awesome this company operates and how great my pool looks when they are done! I met the young man who cleaned my pool today and he was so friendly and did such a great job! Here are my issues with your services this year. 1) I returned to a green pool and the only explanation I got was "the technician noticed that it was already green when he got there". I'm assuming that meant the last time he got there because it definitely wasn't green when I left town. I was a bit taken aback as I thought that part of your service included returning the pool to a clear status (even if that meant I would pay extra for the chemicals). 2) The plumbing work that your technician did was leaking (and still is leaking) when I got back (one of the pipe couplers is leaking). 3) The O ring he replaced for the leaf trap was too big and caused an air leak (I had to replace that). 4) I received an email on June 27 stating that my pool had been serviced when I know it wasn't the case because I was home that day. I was not charged for that day but it may have been because I sent you an email immediately after I received the notification of service. All-in-all, I paid almost $300 for the botched repair and the poor maintenance. I'll let you decide what the right thing to do is but I will not be using your services going forward. Sincerely,

Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. Other companies said it would be $475 just to come out and take a look. This is the only company I will use for all my future pool service needs. Hard to find people like Rod these days.
