Our excellent service company (Aqua Logic Pool Care) recommended Abe's for replacement tile on two different maintenance jobs over the years. We are eternally grateful! Abe's isn't a 'fancy' store. However it's most likely they will have exactly what you need. In both our cases they had the exact matches for both our (old!) ceramic water surface tiles, even those which have been cut-to-fit, and the fiberglass 1" squares underneath the surface. We cannot more highly recommend them should you find yourself in a similar situation. Their staff is most knowledgeable, friendly, and go out of their way to provide what you need.

Pool Parts Dolores…read more Needed to replace the Hayward air relief valve which was leaking and 4 - filter cartridges that both parts were original since having the pool installed Mario helped remove the air relief valve from the top of the filter housing with a large pipe wrench while I held the lid. I felt the people at Pool Parts went above and beyond to help me, they could have sold the part and said see you later. Love the private small business and the care provided. I also could have purchased everything through Amazon and saved about $60, but gotta applaud the personal touch provided by Pool Parts.

In…read moreaddition, my CYA levels are constantly 40-50 higher tested here than at other Leslie stores. The kicker though, is that the employee told me my pool was dangerous and I was going to kill my kids and dog by keeping it at 15 ppm FC with a 115-135 CYA level, and telling me it had to be between 1-4 ppm. I even calmly suggested that many sources/research say that I needed to keep it above 8 ppm or I'd get algae. But to no avail, I was sternly rebuffed that she had never heard of that, and that I needed to buy a product to reduce my chlorine! In any case, please review your policies asssociated with chlorine levels and high stabilizer values. Also please don't allow your employees to tell customers they are going to kill their pets and kids when they have no idea what they are talking about.
