The proprietor at Leslie Fingerprinting will proclaim repeatedly that she's an expert who has 15+ years of experience taking fingerprints, but during our only visit she had to re-do the prints three times because they were smudged and illegible. When I questioned each time whether the prints were clear enough, she'd serve up another condescending lecture about how she's the top fingerprinting expert in the area and knowns better than anybody else for miles around. With misplaced pride and indignant vibes she printed out the card required by a credentialing agency. We sent in the card but when they received it the agency promptly REJECTED THE FINGERPRINTS for being ILLEGIBLE & INADEQUATE. We had to start over at another place that actually knows what they're doing. What we experienced and witnessed at Leslie, along with the evidence described here, is proof enough: The only fingerprints this person can successfully manage is the leaving of her own fingerprints... all over the rip-off "crime scene" that is her shop, her so-called "expert service", and her notoriously rude attitude (see all the terrible reviews below). Let our loss be your gain: Save your time and money by spending them wisely the first time around and going literally Anywhere Else to get your fingerprints done. P.S. Suspiciously, she also sells some random clothing items like hats, purses, shoes; just a really strange mix of business, which begets questions of legitimacy and currency cleaning. The…read morestaff have always been professional to us and other customers, even multitasking, helping other customers while we're sorting through our mail, so I'm surprised by other negative comments. When mailing packages I appreciate the extra effort taken to find the cheapest shipping solutions. Notary services and charges seem reasonable, and the notary was knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out the requirements of the documents needing signatures. It's a family-owned business, and we all have off-days which is the only reason I can think of for any negative review, but I've never witnessed anything less than professional.
