She is trained traditionally and also uses intuitive abilities to release tension from the body and treats with a holistic perspective. It might sound funny, but I am actually thankful I had my acute neck/back problem because I was able to find out about her and find out how REAL healing is done and tell my family and friends so she can help them too. I walked in to my first appointment stiff and feeling like I had the back and neck of an 80 year old and walked out as my flexible 38 year old self again - and after my second appointment, I feel like I am back in my 20s, especially after she resolved my TMJ issues. She truly does care about getting people feeling better. She knows she is able to solve her customers' problem and she really works hard to make sure you are feeling better after your first session. She does let you know it is best to be consistent and come back as she recommends, which is not a way to make money, but how you actually get the customer to heal properly. Listen to her advice to take the epsom salt baths. And know that putting down a deposit to hold your appointment is legit and not a scam - a lot of small business have last minute cancellations that hurt their business and this is a way of protecting their business so they can keep helping people. Look at her website and see how she is truly striving to create a difference and help people with their emotional challenges too, which is how pain starts in the first place. I'm truly grateful to have found out about Release the Pain and I just wish everyone can experience how healing is really done.

Jena truly has healing hands! I've been carrying so much stress and tension in my shoulders, and…read moreeven regular visits to the chiropractor weren't giving me lasting relief. From the moment I met Jena, I felt an instant connection and knew I was in a safe space where I could let go and relax. She immediately found the exact spot that had been bothering me and worked on it with such precision and care. By the end, it felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders--I left feeling lighter, calmer, and genuinely relieved. What sets Jena apart is not just her incredible skill, but who she is as a person. She's genuine, authentic, and unapologetically herself, which makes the entire experience so refreshing. Having a safe space to truly relax and heal is rare, and Jena creates exactly that. The reviews are 100% true--she's amazing, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book with her again. I'll definitely be back!

Where to begin? I have known Jennifer Fletcher for nearly two years now. When I first came to her,…read moreI was suffering from severe pain all over my body. I am not exaggerating when I say I had lost all hope. Everything I tried had failed. If it were not for her, the chiropractor would never have been able to unstuck what was stuck in my spine. I have battled severe TMJ and back pain for decades, and thanks to Jennifer, I am now down to only some residual pain in my jaw. My face has never looked better. Jennifer helped me regain my health and, in doing so, reminded me of who I was. If you have any pain that has persisted for years and nothing else has worked, I urge you to try Jennifer's services. She is truly a godsend, a healer in every sense of the word. Jennifer offers a wide range of treatments, from facial rejuvenation to cupping and various other bodywork techniques and combines traditional Chinese medicine with both Western and Chinese techniques. She is highly knowledgeable in her field, and I am confident that she will be able to help you, like she did for me--regardless of age or the severity of pain. I had been suffering from jaw pain for over 30 years, and Jennifer was the first person to not only start my healing process but to see it through to completion. Jennifer is a sweet person who genuinely cares about all her clients. She dedicates so much of her personal time to research to addressing each client's unique needs. Jennifer is a wonderful person, extremely kind, and genuinely committed to helping others with their pain. She began this work because she was helping herself with a condition similar to mine, as we both have suffered from TMJ pain for most of our lives. She is not just a healer and a great listener; she is also a cherished friend. I am truly honored to have her as both my healer and my friend

Shannon Leu hurt me in an unprofessional, irresponsible, and highly insensitive way. A year later and it still hurts. Rather than get into it, I would just prefer to say that I can no longer recommend this massage therapist. It takes more than technical skills, talent, or intelligence to work with people in an intimate setting. It requires maturity, emotional responsibility, and a healthy mental constitution. I have eliminated nearly everyone in my life who mistreats me. In a way, my run-in with Shannon Leu helped me to see what I needed to do. Update 0020 Feel.

We highly recommend Erika, for three reasons: (1) Erika is very knowledgeable. She has a serious background in physical therapy and sports medicine. You can go to her for a chichi massage if you want, but she offers much more. She can help you recover from injuries, reach your athletic goals, and otherwise improve yourself. After each session, she sends you a set of stretches to help address your condition (whatever it may be), which tides you over until the next massage. I went to her with a stiff neck and plantar fasciitis, and she has helped me make great strides with both. (2) Erika is very strong and has great technique. I'm 6'3" and 220 lbs., and have super tight neck and shoulder muscles from my desk job and from weightlifting. When I first met her, I thought: "There's no way." But then she wrestled those knots in my neck and traps into submission. Even more impressive, she did something to the bottom of my foot to make my plantar fasciitis virtually go away. (3) Erika is very nice. She is kind and personable and professional. Her massage room is a quiet little sanctuary, and my wife and I both look forward to being on her table.
