That's my #1 struggle when I need any body work done, I need it & I need to book it without having to talk to anyone, lol. This is located in the same building as The Healing Chiropractic in an unmarked brick building and I found out too late that there was a parking lot (score) Def use this parking lot, because I parked down the street and had some characters hanging by my car when I left that made me a bit nervous. Gonzalo knows his stuff! Totally blown away at the body work that I got done and feeling like a million bucks. My session was a mix of cupping, scraping, a hot massage gun on my traps, even did some banded exercises while cups were on my back to get the blood flowing. Cups on my shins and thighs, shoulders and back. I run regularly, do HIIT and CrossFit and my body gets beat up on the regular. Despite getting monthly massages, this session was different and hit in spots that have long needed extra stretching and care. He released areas in my hip flexors, scraped fascia around my shins, opened up my shoulders and even found a very sticky tight muscle along my shoulder blade I didn't even realize was suffering. Not gonna say it didn't hurt but it hurt so good and I know I needed it. I'm super picky and have about 6 massage therapists I rotate with depending on availability & body pains based on my experience today, those are only surface. Today's intro 60 min session got deeper into the muscles that get worked but neglected and definitely needed the attention. 100/10 couldn't recommend this enough. When I sent my girlfriend the location, it directed her to Binh's previous address. Between trying to find parking and realizing she was at the wrong location, she lost about 30 minutes that would have gone toward her scheduled massage time. When she contacted Binh to explain the situation, instead of acknowledging that the outdated address may have caused confusion, he was extremely rude and dismissive. He took no responsibility and stated there were "no exceptions" for rescheduling. After hearing my girlfriend clearly upset, I drove to the correct location myself. I calmly showed him that the listed address online still reflects the old location. Rather than working toward a solution, he became confrontational, used foul language, and even threatened to call the police. I told him I was more than willing to wait for them, as I simply wanted to resolve the issue fairly. He then slammed the door in my face and refused to offer either a refund or a reschedule. This was incredibly disappointing, especially considering this was meant to be a special anniversary surprise. I understand businesses have policies, but professionalism and basic respect for clients should always come first. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I hope this feedback encourages the business to update its address across all platforms and to handle future customer concerns with more understanding and professionalism.
