I'm quite a fan of this place. There are three nail salons in viewing distance of each other in this area, and this is the one we randomly stumbled into. It did not disappoint. The venue appeared clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I was satisfied overall with the quality of my pedicure. My friend and I only had a standard pedicure, which was also moderately priced, but there is a full list of available services. Actually, my friend got her eyebrows waxed and was pleased with the outcome. The building is located within a strip mall, so parking was plentiful right near the entrance. If we are ever in this area again, I would certainly consider coming back to this location. For a Dallas nail salon, the pricing was quite reasonable. read more

Scott is amazing! He is so friendly and does a great job. He pays such attention to details w my nails. Great pricing too

The staff does a great job for a great price. The wait is usually minimal, and this is the only place that I trust to do eyebrow waxing. $10 minimum on credit card charges. read more

Great service, they truly take their time to ensure my nails are done properly. Clean and friendly environment.

I went to Le's Nails because my regular place was booked up. I got a full set of acrylics- American manicure- and they are beautiful! The nail tech was friendly and had a sense of humor. He worked quickly and did my nails exactly the way I like them- thin with a square oval tip. I highly recommend Le's and I'll be going back for fills. I may even try their pedicure next time. read more

I love this nail salon and I have come about every two weeks for over four years. Very friendly and welcoming crew. I always have Scott do my nails (he is one of the owners) and Kimmy for a pedicure. But everyone is great. Their English is great which means you can communicate your preferences very easily. I have seen other comments about cuticles. Just let them know and they will not cut them. I have Kimmy not cut the sides of my big toenails and I never even have to remind her. She gives a wonderful massage. Scott is really patient and wants to make sure you are happy. Once I messed up the nails that he had just painted and he happily redid them. This place is professional, Clean and very courteous. Prices cannot be beat elsewhere! read more

RIP OFF CENTRAL. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. i was hesitant to go here. i'm new to the area and i really trust yelp, and because the prior reviews for this place weren't great, i had second thoughts, but i was tired, in a hurry, and this place is right by my apartment, so i took a chance. big mistake. i had to wait, normally no big deal, but i think it's because the guy who eventually did my nails was sleeping in the back. after about 10 minutes of waiting he walked out of a dark room in the back rubbing his eyes. he must have still been sleepy when he did my nails too because it's one of the worst manicures i have ever got. the kicker though. i reeeeeeeeally enjoy the massage parts of manicures, and i was particularly looking forward to this one after a long day and seeing how bad my nails looked. he put lotion on my first hand and essentially rubbed it in before switching to the next hand. i counted this time, in fear that this was the only rubbing i was going to get, and in preparation for a possible yelp review. 18 seconds yall. he rubbed my second hand before saying "you're all set!" i'm like. ok. walk to the front. this cannot cost more than $20 this is ridiculous. $35 freaking dollars. for a crappy gel POLISH. i cannot call it a manicure. that's all. DONT GO HERE. read more

Awful is the best I can say. I tried two days in a row to get my nails fixed or get my money back and Kim won't do anything. So now I have to spend another$30 to have someone fix this awful excuse for nails read more

Le's Nails - Worst customer service. And terrible job on nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Addison, Texas

When my reg. place tech was on vacation, I decided to I try this business for the first [and last] time Nov, 2011 Do not go unless you want to be mis-led They advertise on their window front a $30.00 Spa Mani/Pedi I specifically asked for that and no extras. When they said to pick out a nail polish color, I said I do not use polish, just a quick buff. She did the pedi first, then asked if I would like hot towels, I said ok, then thought quickly and asked, there's no charge for that right? She said "oh yes, extra $5 dollars" I said no I just want the $30 Spa Mani/pedi. She then buffed my toenails then AFTER said "you know there's a $2 extra charge for buff" I said no I did not know [it's not listed anywhere on their pricing although many little extras are listed there.] I said I then do not want it and I have NEVER been charged extra EVER from a salon for buffing vs polish. She then did the hands, no buffing on the fingernails, BUT when I handed my credit card, the charge slip had $33.00 on it - I said why is it $33? She said for the buffing - I said, I told you I did not want it, you then said it was $2 extra, now it's $3? They said they always charge for buffing [and like I mentioned, I've never paid extra in all the places I've been before] so I thought I won't argue this - I'm not coming back so I used what I would have given toward tip for the extra $3. I do not like being lied to or upcharged without being told when I specifically ask for a service and nothing extra. The mani/pedi was not outstanding in and of itself. If you still decide to go, just be aware that you may be getting add ons and will not know it until you are ready to pay. read more

First time at this salon and thought I'd take a chance. I am super happy with my pedicure and nexgen manicure. Kim added tips to my nails and made a perfect coffin shape. Prices are super reasonable too. I'll be back! read more

Probably one of the worst nail salons I've EVER been to. Just horrible. The nail technicians were not very friendly it was kind of dirty & unkempt and my nail tech wasn't putting the excess nails, acrylic tips etc into the trash but she was putting them into a bottle with a bunch of other excess nails and tips....weird. And THEN when they finally got around to me because the wait was literally forever I only trusted them to do white nails and they even messed that up!!!! Literally so sloppy and then it chipped that SAME day. I get my nails done every week but my original place was booked so I went here because I was in a rush. Thank GOD this is not my only option for a nail salon or I would just opt to do my own nails and get the same outcome but at least I'd be spending no money. read more

I love this beautifully renovated nail salon. After a hectic week, this is a wonderful place to relax and unwind and receive superb and courteous service. read more

This place is amazing!! Lee lee took amazing care of me and i had a tropical pedicure, i didn't feel rushed at all and she made sure that i was satisfied all the way! The staff is super friendly and I'll definitely be going back read more

When I walked in I was not greeted, but I know what to do. Pick a color and wait. After about 10 minutes I asked about the wait and was told that it'll be a couple of minutes, some lady prances right in and sits down and man from the back comes and does her nails maybe she had an appt. 3 girls leave and I'm still sitting there for another 2 of the ladies aren't doing anything except folding towels. I get up and ask how long will it be she tells me 15-20 minutes. I just left. I feel like they could've told me this 30 minutes ago. Won't be returning. read more

I was a regular client for several years and will not be returning for any reason. Here is my last experience: My pedicure was uncomfortable because the technician tried to rub my feet "raw" with the file. When I complained she told me to relax. The lanuage barrier was an issue so I had my Nail Tech tell her that she was hurting me. She got upset and hurried through the rest of my pedicure. I had my face waxed and came away with 2nd degree burns on my chin, lesions on my entire face, and 4 cuts on my upper lip from the "heavy handed" Owner who told me 4 different times "I am a professional". When I complained during the procedure she told me that I was too sensitive and that she had to finish. My face was on fire when she was done. I came back 2 days later to show the Owner what happened to my face and she practically threw me out of the store. She took no responsibility for what she had done and did not apologize. read more

I have been going to this place for over a year and JULIE is the person who you should ask for!! She does my shellac (gel) nails and they are always perfect. Not every nail tech can properly do the gel nail. Ask for JULIE and no one else you wont be disappointed! read more

I go here every week. Either for a fill, a new set or a pedicure. Kim, the manager there is very sweet and amazing at nail art designs. My nails always come out looking great, and I'm VERY picky when it comes to my nails haha I would easily give them 5 stars. But because last time I went the owner of the store, filed my nails so thin that they hurt for about a week and during that time, I had to take them off ): which is the first it's happened in the 2 months that I've been going there. Other than that incident, it's great, prices are great, and you don't always "get what you paid for". They do a great job with their low prices. read more

They take forever!! Also, never get acrylics here because they cut the shit out of your cuticles when they use the drill ... I do not recommend this place to anyone read more

Terrible customer service. I went in for a mani/pedi & was told it'd be 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I was directed to a chair and sat there, with my feet in the water, for 40 minutes! Meanwhile, they took 3 people before me...and no, they didn't have an appointment. I pointed out to one worker that I had been sitting for almost an hour & how much longer? She pointed at another worker. A woman came over and verified my color choices, then preceeded to go do a wax...that had just walked in the door. That was it, I left. I will tell all my friends about this awful experience & post on Facebook. I will never go there again! Terrible! read more

I came to this place to get my nails done and lemme just say I'm never going here again. I felt like they had a terrible selection of polishes. I asked for my nails to be in an almond shape and they ended up looking horrible. They were crooked and not all of my nails had the same shape. Kim also took a freaking FaceTime call during my appointment. After this I left to another place so they could fix the mess. read more

I forgot why I never went back here again after visiting twice before! They are horrible. I never have an issue with polish sticking to my nails and for some reason this salon can't get it right!!! The first time I went, all of the polish peeled off of my nails in less than 24 hours. I went back for them to fix it and they treated e like I did something wrong. I went over the weekend and not only did they clip my toenails way too short, I had to turn my car right back around because my nail polish had a chip by the time I got in the car. In less than 12 hours, one of my fingers is completely chipped and others are fading soon. I am debating if I even want them to fix or if I would be better off painting them myself. There is a reason why they keep their prices a few dollars lower than everyone else! If they were on a even playing field no one would be in there!!!!! read more

I came in here today as a walk in, no wait time and there were other customers there. This is a customer service based salon. They were wonderful! Scott did my nails and Kimmy did my toes. Both did awesome. Kimmy didn't rush through my food rub and it was awesome! Scott did a fantastic job on my nails. He took his time and did not rush and this is by far the best customer service I have received in a local salon. They had a TON of Nextgen colors. More than I have ever seen. I narrowed it down to 4 and let him pick because I liked them all lol. Their personalities were fun and they actually spoke to me and their English is fantastic! It was such a pleasure to talk to Scott as he did my nails! I will be coming back for sure. I am so glad i came here today read more

Good work until you become a regular. Scott and Kim are the two I experienced. Both started off great, but then when I became a regular, they got careless and worked too fast, often cutting deeply into my cuticles with the nail filing & drilling pads. When you are a regular, they also get sloppy with appointments, making you wait up to 45 minutes even with an appointment. I quit using this nail place and will never go back. read more

Told me it would be $45 but charged me 90 for a mani peti that chipped the next morning. would not recommend

terrible! I was highly unimpressed with this place. People are very unfriendly, hardly speak any english and the quality is just not top notch. Cheap, yes, quality, no. I will not go back. read more

I used to Love coming to this Salon until I had a Bad Experience Ever!!!! The lady that did my pedicure must have been new or something. Cus she acted like she didn't know what she was doing at all!!!!!! I never got a massage on my pedicure!!! And they over charged me!!! my total came out to be $45.00. I've never paid that ever their before. So I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!! read more

I went and got a new full set of the solar nails. I was going to get the cheaper nails but the technician convinced me to get the more expensive set, which was double the price almost. So I agree, I don't treat myself often but I wanted my nails to look nice. She assured me the set would last for a month. I asked her multiple times and she said they would definitely last a month. I didn't love my nails but they looked better than they did when i went in. So I paid and left a tip. Within 1 week 2 nails had popped off. Within 2 weeks all but one of the nails had popped off. They didn't break, they just popped off. I called but the lady I spoke to said I needed to come in at 4 that day. I didn't get off work until 4 so that was impossible. I will never use this nail salon again. I'll go elsewhere...heck there are 2 other options within walking distance. read more
