I had looked up Le's well over a year ago, but never quite made it in -- I pass it near daily on my route to Emory. I finally decided that my bag of clothes in need of repair had gotten to large. So I stopped in one Saturday and dropped out 5-6 items, all of which had torn seams somewhere. The kind woman looked over each piece with me, marked it and gave me my total. The repairs added up to $25 and she told me it would be ready next week. I picked up the following Saturday and Le's did not disappoint! I was their first client and Mrs. Le has always treated me with respect and remembers my name when I come in. I wish I had more drycleaning for her to do, but since I work from home, I don't need it as often. I highly recommend the alterations aspect of this business. I had her make me some pillows with some provided fabric: $6. She took in some jeans: $3. She made me curtains based on a design I brought in: $6! I am going to have her build me a window seat cushion that's reversible with a zipper and snaps: $55! Went in for a simple split crotch repair. The lady repaired it on the spot in 2 minutes and then refused to charge me. 10 star service.

They are friendly and wonderful with good prices and a quick turnaround time. They don't advertise this, but I see women take their wedding dresses, bridesmaid's dresses, and prom/homecoming gowns here all the time, so I took my wedding dress in to get a sewn-in belt taken off. Mrs. Le reassured me I have a lot of time to do so (goodness knows one thing all brides need is reassurance that they're doing okay), but did so in quickly and for $15 when bridal/formal wear-oriented tailors would have charged me twice that, at least! So of course consider Le's Alterations for your everyday alteration needs, but also consider them for your formal alteration needs! read more

I love Le's. Le is a sweet woman who is a wonderful seamstress. I came in with two skirts and a pair of pants that I wanted to get altered. She was very friendly and provided her professional opinion on how to adjust my skirts. When I went to pay, she told me how much each piece would cost. I wasn't sure about whether or not I wanted to get one of my skirts altered after learning of the price, and Le was very understanding and said, "It's pricey so why don't you think about it. If you decide later you want to come back and get the skirt adjusted you can always come back." Wow excellent customer service! When I picked up my other skirt and pants that I had gotten altered, she had me try them on before paying for the items. The items fit PERFECTLY. She and her team are AMAZING. Fixed a zipper on my sweatshirt - very reasonable price and great service!

My bridesmaids dress arrived 4 months before the wedding. It was too big, so I thought I'd wait awhile before I took it to get altered. When the wedding was a month out I tried it on again...apparently I gained at least 10 lbs and the dress mostly fit. Except for the boob region where every time I lifted my arms like I would when dancing, my chest appendages would fall out. Guess it's a good thing I decided to eat my way through Atlanta, but it's too bad it didn't spread out evenly. Damn genetics. Anyhoo, I came to Le's to make sure there would be no wardrobe malfunctions at the wedding. After all it's about the bride right? Tried on the dress and Mrs. Le pinned me up. She said it would normally be $20, but because of having to remove the boning in the dress it would be $30. I thought that was reasonable. She told me to come back in 2 weeks. I think it would have been less, but apparently her help was out of town. Came back in 2 weeks and the dress was perfect. The wedding (and my boobs) went off without a hitch. read more

This is a review on Le's alterations only, I haven't taken anything there for cleaning yet. She altered a new, expensive shirt and it now fits like a glove. I couldn't be happier with it.
