The original design of my son's tattoo was...let's just say... lacking for lack of a better word or to too harsh of a word. Bam Bam totally brought the tattoo to life with dimension and great color choice and his line work was great! He also doesn't have a heavy hand. Which is an added bonus. The facilities and location is in West Kendall and has been open for about 4 years. The owner, Tatu Baby was on a popular tattoo show called Ink Masters (season 2) and has really done a great job with her shop. It's beautiful and clean. She's an incredible artist and I saw some of her art work around the shop. I also saw her finish a beautiful back piece today. so far at least 2 tattoo artists from this shop are fantastic artists. Bam Bam was very professional and meticulously clean with his station, needles and ink. And used all great products. Nothing cheap about the quality of the tools and ink that's used. In terms of artistry, experience and professionalism, Bam Bam gets 5 stars... but because this is a review more of the shop it gets 4 until I see the art work from more than just 2 artists. There's no doubt I will be visiting again! Once I do I'll make sure thip update.

I first want to mention how the shop and David's station is always clean and never left me questioning health standards at all. I know when I go in there, I'm good. I even went during mask mandations (and this is saying a lot since I spent most of my time at the height of the pandemic as a recluse) and felt safe at the shop at all times. Aside from the cleanliness, David continues to be a top choice for tattoos as I stayed with him for my subsequent works. The tattoos where Ellie's The Last of Us 2 tattoo (which we spent watching clips from TLOU during), my right arm sleeve that includes a dragon, tiger and wolf, and my hand tattoo which is a tattoo from the video game Dishonored. All the tattoos are sick but I think the sleeve is more telling as I came in basically with a general idea and David did the rest. There really is something to be said about giving an artist a general idea and allowing them to draw up something based on it as so far my right sleeve (with exception of an existing piece) is based on a general idea that David then draws up into something I wouldn't have imagined. I recommend the shop as the work done here is amazing and folks here are great. Will obviously continue sticking with David and who knows, maybe in 3 years I'll update my review again.

This was my first tattoo, so as you could imagine, I had a lot of questions and wasn't sure what to expect. I sent them an idea of what I wanted, and when I came in, they really took the time to perfect it and bring my vision to life in the most beautiful way. The shop itself was spotless and had such a welcoming, professional vibe, which instantly helped put me at ease. Chris and Junk were so patient with me... while answering all of my questions, giving thoughtful recommendations on placement, and even going above and beyond explaining how certain spots could distort over time so I could make the best decision for something so meaningful. That level of detail and care really stood out to me (I mean they really love and care for their craft obvs). Chris did my tattoo and he was amazing! He made sure I was comfortable the entire time, walked me through each step, and created a piece that was even more special than I imagined. I felt completely cared for during the process, which meant so much given the emotional meaning behind the tattoo. I came back today which is about two weeks later for a quick touch-up and had the same great experience all over again!! I couldn't have asked for a better first tattoo experience. The care, talent, and professionalism here are unmatched, and I'm so grateful to have such a beautiful piece to honor my baby. Highly recommend! Thanks so much Chris & Junk, y'all are the best!

I was visiting from out of town and reached out prior to my trip to inquire about Friday the 13th flash tattoos. They sent me the flash sheet, it was awesome, but unfortunately my plans had changed and I couldn't make it until Saturday. These guys are awesome and offered to honor the Friday the 13th flash price on Saturday when I could get there. How cool! When I arrived, I asked if we could add another design, the artist, Dumar, was so flexible and accommodating. Have to shout these guys out in particular: Dumar, my artist, is awesome. His work is tight, lines are super clean and he worked quickly. I am so pleased with the two pieces I got from him. Sebastian greeted us when we arrived and helped get us checked in. He was so friendly and hospitable, really made us feel comfortable and at home. He even brought us coffee! What a sweetheart. At the end of the appointment, Dumar took Polaroid photos of us and printed them out so Sebastian could put them on a commemorative post card. Such a sweet and personalized touch. I have been getting tattooed for a long time, and this service was over the top, especially for a shop that probably sees a lot of walk ins. Can't rave enough, if you need ink in Miami, hit up Tattoology!
