I can't take your order now, we're busy." At that point, I simply hung up. Poor customer service, no apology, and no attempt to help. There are too many other pizza places that appreciate their customers. Domino's has lost my business.

The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the prices are so high. I had coupons though so that's why I still went there. MANAGEMENT: Cleanliness is VERY important. It is easy for your customers to see these these horrible and completely avoidable assaults on your customers health. Make sure your employees realize that they can be seen doing these horrible things without them even realizing they are doing them. Do not allow your employees to put your customers health on the line for such negligence!

It was raining and my boyfriend and I were driving around trying to figure out what to eat. We saw "Leo's Pizza" and decided to give it a try. Everything on the menu looked SO good and we were having a hard time deciding on what to order. Their kabob is amazing! I'm not a hummus person but I could not stop eating their hummus! They also have pizza, hot wings, burgers, hot and cold sandwiches, and amazing salads. You can tell all the food is made with love. The entire staff is so friendly and really met our needs. Stopped in here and ate pizza a couple of times and liked what I ate. Both times the pizza came out hot and delicious. It wasn't under or over cooked like so many small pizza restaurants seem to make nowadays. The pizza had taste unlike others which tastes like cardboard or is tasteless and bland. Not sure if this is the same Leo's Pizza that was located next to the bowling alley (now a Vons)in La Crescenta back in the 80's but it is great pizza for the price you pay. They appeared to be frozen onion rings taken straight from a bag, thrown into the fryer, and served without any care. They were stuck together and poorly presented. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also very concerning. The place did not appear to be properly maintained or clean, which made the dining experience even more unpleasant. I honestly don't understand how a restaurant in this condition continues to operate. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but based on my experience, I would not recommend it. Case in point. Your response actually reinforces my concern. This was never about requesting a refund or simply disliking the onion rings. I was sharing my honest experience regarding the quality of the food and, more importantly, the way I was treated as a customer. I personally saw you behind the cash register today, and I also saw the condition of the onion rings being served. Regardless of what your Yelp photos show or how you normally serve them, you were given an opportunity to recognize that the particular batch being served was unacceptable. When food is clearly poorly prepared, stuck together, overly greasy, or otherwise not up to the standard you expect your customers to receive, the appropriate response is to stop it from being served--not defend it afterward. What was even more disappointing was the way you responded to my concerns. Arguing with a customer and becoming defensive does not resolve the issue or demonstrate good customer service. A simple acknowledgment and professional response would have gone a long way. I am not asking for a refund, nor am I looking for anything from you. I am expressing my experience as a customer and the way I was treated today. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear that the quality of the food is not the only issue--the customer service and attitude toward customers are equally concerning. I will not be returning, and based on my experience, I certainly cannot recommend the establishment to people I know. A restaurant is judged not only by the food it serves, but by how it responds when a customer raises a legitimate concern. Today, neither met the standard I would expect..
