The truck was un-drivable and the truck was towed to Zimmerman's. I called my regular repair shop and was told they couldn't get it in for 2 months. I started working with Keith at LZE. Keith assured me the shop did excellent work and promised to work with the insurance company to get OEM parts. He also understood I couldn't drive the truck and got it in the shop right away. I'm guessing that they were providing an estimate for something that could have been remedied using a simpler method. Their estimate was a 2 day procedure of typical body work and repainting, whereas other shops are using a dent removal procedure for half the price. In other words, I can't believe that they are not aware of what is becoming a common method to solve the problem.
