On Friday morning, when trying to correct a price not updated in the system but well signed, in the front of the store, I was challenged that I had the wrong flower size, wrong understanding. And after engaging 5-6 different associates, lead cashier- thank you Lance and the manager all was well and after full explanation and photos I was requested to take and show the staff, they understood their own advertising for future transactions. But such a different experience a few days made, from super positive to unnecessarily harassed.

I almost bougt the one that thry have here, but I thought about the logistics in bringing it doen there, may not be so easy. What I actually came here for was to get some gardening tools and supplies for my house up here. I figure I have the long holiday weekend to hipefully make some good progress on the yard and small garden area. This hardware store is very close to me here and I wasn't in the mood to drive 6 miles to the big box hardware store to maybe save asmall amount of money. I got a garden house, a shovel, and regular yard rake to clean up the place. They had everything that I needed.

Thats Never happened in that store before. But this one particular gentleman (who's worked there a long time) actually said they were too busy to help me. I've been going here for about 4 years since moving back to the area and have had more great experiences than I can count. Staff ALWAYS greets me as I enter the store and they never ignore me when shopping. Employees know the store like the back of their hand and don't hesitate to help with propane outside or with loading up bags of soil. Very knowledgable people overall. Selection is mind blowing and I've come here for everything ranging from nuts/bolts to mower blades and Christmas decorations. The ONLY negative is that I've noticed an influx of younger guys working there who aren't as knowledgable or professional.
